Abstract:
There is provided a servo control device capable of obtaining a high following accuracy without being accompanied by overshoot or continuous vibration. A compensation signal calculator (10) inputs an instruction increment value as an increment of instruction during a sampling cycle, generates a target instruction increment value as a component which can be followed by a control object (1), and sends it to a controller (20). Moreover, the compensation signal calculator (10) generates a compensation signal for compensating the difference between the instruction increment value and the target instruction increment value and sends it to the control object (1). The controller (20) inputs the target instruction increment value and the output of the control object (1) and sends a control input to the control object (1) so that the instruction coincides with the output of the control object (1).
