Abstract:
Provided is a servo control device which drives a movable member (1) by a plurality
of motors including one main motor (31) and at least one sub motor (41). The servo
control device includes main motor control means (30) which controls the main
motor (31) and at least one sub motor control means (40) which control the at least
one sub motor (41). The sub motor control means (40) includes sub motor position
control means (44) and the sub motor speed control means (45) which are configured
that both of the sub motor position control means (44) and the sub motor speed control
means (45) do not have integration characteristic.
