Abstract:
This servo control device is provided with a servo control unit which calculates drive commands to allow the feedback position from the driven motor to track a command position, and drives the motor in accordance with the drive commands. In order to decrease the tracking error caused by friction, this servo control device is provided with: a movement state determining unit which simulates the response of the motor, determines whether the speed of the motor is in a positive, negative or zero state, and outputs the determination result as the movement state; a correction amount selecting unit which, at the timing at which the determined movement state changes, selects a correction amount in accordance with the pattern of change of the movement state; and an adding unit which generates a corrected drive command by adding the aforementioned correction amount outputted by the correction amount selecting unit to the drive command calculated by the servo control unit, and sets the corrected drive command as the motor drive command, replacing the drive command calculated by the servo control unit.
