Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention is a servo drive application device for a gypsum building material. The servo drive application device comprises a turning-over ring set and a feeding roller way, which is connected into the turning-over ring set and driven by a chain to rotate to drive a gypsum board to move, wherein a turning-over and position-adjusting mechanism is connected to the turning-over ring set, and the turning-over ring set is internally provided with a stopping mechanism, which is connected to the feeding roller way and used for pressing the gypsum board on the feeding roller way so as to keep the position of the gypsum board unchanged during a turning-over operation. In the present invention, the position merging and the angle deflection correction can be achieved by means of a position-guiding antiskid mechanism; during an implementation thereof, a turning-over emergency stop mechanism drives the turning-over ring set and the gypsum board to be turned over, and at this moment, the position-guiding antiskid mechanism moves towards the center simultaneously along two sides of the feeding roller way before the gypsum board is turned over, so as to merge the position of the gypsum board on the feeding roller way, and in a process of turning over the gypsum board, the position-guiding antiskid mechanism can stop the deflection of two ends of the gypsum board, thereby reducing edge collision probability in a turning-over process.
