Abstract:
A servo motor encoder, comprising a rotating shaft, an encoder component, a cushioning and shock absorbing connecting piece configured to achieve cushioning and shock absorbing, and a cushioning and shock absorbing connecting piece mount configured to mount the cushioning and shock absorbing connecting piece. One end of the cushioning and shock absorbing connecting piece is connected to a servo motor, the other end of the cushioning and shock absorbing connecting piece is connected to the rotating shaft, the rotating shaft is sleeved in the cushioning and shock absorbing connecting piece mount, and the encoder component is mounted on the end surface of the cushioning and shock absorbing connecting piece mount relatively away from a cross-shaped connecting shaft component. Because the encoder component is connected to the servo motor by means of the cushioning and shock absorbing connecting piece instead of directly connected to the servo motor, when the servo motor is impacted, external acting force is transferred to the cushioning and shock absorbing connecting piece by the servo motor and then to the encoder component. The cushioning and shock absorbing connecting piece has the effect of shock absorbing and cushioning to some extent, so that the encoder component can be effectively protected from damage, the influence of impact on operating of an encoder is weakened, and the precision of the encoder is improved.
