Abstract:
A servo vibration generating apparatus of a linear friction welding machine, comprising a servo motor (1), a box body (2), a shaft coupler (3), a transmission shaft (4), a guide rail (5), a sliding block (6), a cam disc (7), a vibrating table (8), a first push rod (9), a second push rod (10), a rolling bearing (11), and a support bearing (12), the box body (2) being divided into two chambers, and being arranged on the servo motor (1), the transmission shaft (4) being arranged in the upper chamber of the box body (2) by means of the support bearing (12), the transmission shaft (4) being connected to a rotating shaft of the servo motor (1) in the lower chamber by means of the coupler (3), the cam disc (7) being sleeved over the transmission shaft (4), the guide rail (5) being arranged on the upper surface of the box body (2), the vibrating platform (8) being connected to the guide rail (5) by means of the sliding block (6), one end of the first push rod (9) and the second push rod (10) respectively being detachably connected to the vibrating platform, and the other end thereof being provided with the rolling bearing (11) and respectively connected to the side surface of the cam disc (7) without a gap; The rotating motion of the servo motor (1) is converted into the linear reciprocating motion of the high and low points of the cam disc (7) to the push rods, thereby implementing
high frequency vibration of the vibration platform (8); the output power is large, the control precision is high, the vibration frequency is adjustable, and the heating efficiency of the friction welding is increased.
