Abstract:
The present invention relates to sesquiterpene derivatives represented by formula (I) or pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof, a pharmaceutical composition comprising the sesquiterpene derivative and a PD-1 antibody as active components, and a preparation method therefor and the use thereof. The sesquiterpene derivatives or the pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof of the present invention can remarkably enhance the response and treatment effects of a PD-1 antibody to tumors, and combined administration of the sesquiterpene derivatives or the pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof and the PD-1 antibody presents an obvious synergistic effect and shows extremely strong anti-tumor activity. Therefore, the present invention provides a new way for clinical treatment of tumors and has potential clinical application value and great clinical application prospect.
