This session management device comprises: a reception unit that receives, from a user plane device, information about a time comparison between the TSN time of a certain TSN time domain and a 5G time, and identification information for the TSN time domain; and a transmission unit that, for each of one or more TSN streams belonging to the TSN time domain, transmits toward a base station device TSC assistance information determined on the basis of the time comparison information and the TSN stream identification information.
