Title:
SET OF POLYPEPTIDES EXHIBITING NUCLEASE ACTIVITY OR NICKASE ACTIVITY WITH DEPENDENCE ON LIGHT OR IN PRESENCE OF DRUG OR SUPPRESSING OR ACTIVATING EXPRESSION OF TARGET GENE
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2016/167300
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The present invention provides, for example, a set of two polypeptides that exhibit nuclease activity with dependence on light or in the presence of a drug, wherein an N-terminal fragment and a C-terminal fragment of a Cas9 protein respectively bind to the two polypeptides forming a dimer with dependence on light or in the presence of a drug.
