Abstract:
The turning of little wheel (11) moves nut (12) that pushes axles (15). They push pistons (7) and (8), which press out the ingredients from the containers through openings (19) and (20), which are closed by turning carrier (2) inside of which there is spiral (3) made of segments. Each next segment has a spiral of opposite winding sense and with a mutual angular shift at 90 degrees. Along the periphery it has openings (3C) so that the ingredients being pressed through the segments pass from one channel into another and additionally mix. The pincers for tufts consist of: body (21), upper part (23), axle (25) and spiral spring (26), which ensures the dye pressing-out from upper and lower spongy rubber (24) onto the tuft. By pressing the levers of half rings (P1) and (P2) the elastic ring separates and the hair tuft is pulled through to the central opening and lowers down to the root, while the levers are released. Protecting hose (P4) is pulled over the tuft and placed on annular stand (P6). After the dyeing, hose (P4) is spread over the tuft.

PATENT CLAIMS
1. Set for precise dyeing of individual hairs and for dyeing tufts with the way of protecting the undyed hair, characterized by that the injector in version A consists of body (6) where one or several containers for the dye ingredients are placed, rear part (9), little wheel with screw (11), nut (12), two axles (15), pistons for pressingout of the components (7) and (8), top carrier (2) where mixing spiral (3) and one of the tops (1) are placed and serving also to accept the pincers for the tuft dyeing, two annular seals (5), little plates for alignment (10), cover of rear part (13), C securer (14); that the injector in version B consists of body (B1), little wheel with support and inside threaded tube (B2), inside and outside threaded tube (B2), inside and outside threaded tube (B3) and oval piston for dye pressingout (B4); that the injector in version C consists of body (C1), rear part (C2) and piston for dye pressingout (C3); that the injector for single use in version E consists of body (E1), top made of spongy material (E2), piston with axle (E3) and cylindrically shaped shell (E4); that the injector for single use in version F consists of body (F1), concentric pistons with axles (F2), cylindrically shaped shell (F3), spiral for mixing the pressedout components (F4) and top made of spongy material (F5); that the injector for single use in version G consists of body (G1), pistons with axles (G2), cylindrically shaped shell (G3), spiral for mixing the pressedout components (G4) and top made of spongy material (G5); that the elastic ring with the hose for protecting the hair and tufts after dyeing consists of left half ring (P1), right half ring (P2), return spring (P3), connecting axle (P5) and protection hose (P4).
2. Set for precise dyeing of individual hairs and for dyeing tufts with the way of protecting the undyed hair according to claim 1, characterized by that into the bore at the front side of top carrier (2) mentioned top (1) for precise dyeing can be inserted, which is made of spongy material, of round crosssection, made in several shapes, easily exchangeable and serving to accept into itself the already prepared dye that is transferred to the hair.

Set for precise dyeing of individual hairs and for dyeing tufts with the way of protecting the undyed hair according to claim 1, characterized by that in the bore at the rear side of top carrier (2) there is mentioned mixing spiral (3) which serves that by pressing through it the ingredients pressedout from their containers in injector body (6) are intermixed, that it is of cylindrical shape and consists of connecting segments where each of them is made as a spiral part and each next segment has a spiral of opposite winding sense, that in such a way the spiral of first segment (3A) winds from the left to the right and at 90 degrees to it next segment (3B) is set with the spiral winding from the right to the left, third segment (3A) has again a spiral that winds from the left to the right and is made with the shift of 90 degrees to the preceding second <BR> <BR> segment (3B) etc. , that beside that along the spiral periphery openings (3C) are made in a way that the ingredients during the pressing through the spiral segments pass from one channel into another and additionally intermix, due to the fact that the pressure in the ingredients that are filling up the left and right channel is equal, the pressing through openings (3C) is accomplished in the following way: openings (3C) in the spiral walls are made in such a way that, looking from the arrival direction of the ingredients into the spiral, they have a greater diameter and on the opposite side of the wall the opening is of smaller diameter, i. e. openings (3C) have in the crosssection the shape of a truncated cone and, as the pressure per unit area is constant, the greater opening area gives a greater sum of the pressure and it overcomes the pressure in the opening on the opposite side, what enables the pressingout of the ingredients through opening (3C), that beside that the spiral of each segment turns for 150 degrees what gives a sufficient periphery length for placing mixing openings (3C) and the channel of the spiral has a sufficient length for mixing the arriving components, that on the end of the segment the edges are cut parallel with the longitudinal axis in order to avoid the thinning of the wall at the ending and its breaking at use, and by that also the vortices is reduced.

Set for precise dyeing of individual hairs and for dyeing tufts with the way of protecting the undyed hair according to claim 1, characterized by that mentioned top carrier (2) of round shape serves for placing mixing spiral (3) and accepting the pincers for the tuft dyeing and in it also the tops for the precise dyeing are inserted, that on its rear side it has annular bulges (18) by means of which it is connected with injector body (6), that the cylindrical bore, into which the spiral for mixing ingredients (3) and top (1) is placed, is made outside the axis of top carrier (2) in a way that by rotation about its axis for about 45 degrees top carrier (2) opens or closes openings (19) and (20) through which the dyeing ingredients are pressed out from the container in injector body (6).

Set for precise dyeing of individual hairs and for dyeing tufts with the way of protecting the undyed hair according to claim 1, characterized by that mentioned body (6) of cylindrical shape contains inside itself two containers for dyeing ingredients which are of round shape and of different volume, placed in the axis one alongside the other one and serving for storing and pressingout the dyeing ingredients just before the mixing and use, that body (6) is open at its rear side, that at the inner side it has groove (17) for the connection with rear part of body (9) and at the front side it has outer groove (18) for the connection with top carrier (2) and two openings (19) and (20) for pressingout the ingredients from the container, around which in the axis of each of the openings grooves are made inside of which two annular seals (5) are placed.
6. Set for precise dyeing of individual hairs and for dyeing tufts with the way of protecting the undyed hair according to claim 1, characterized by that two mentioned annular seals (5) are placed in the grooves that are centrically made around openings (19) and (20) for pressingout the ingredients, and that they serve for a complete sealing of the container for dyeing ingredients, not permitting the mixing of the ingredients and guarding it from oxidation and ruining.

Set for precise dyeing of individual hairs and for dyeing tufts with the way of protecting the undyed hair according to claim 1, characterized by that mentioned container openings (19) and (20) serve that through them the dyeing components are pressed out from the containers into body (6), that they are of different diameters and the precise ratio of the ingredients is regulated also with the section size of openings (19) and (20) through which the ingredients are pressed out from the container into body (6).

Set for precise dyeing of individual hairs and for dyeing tufts with the way of protecting the undyed hair according to claim 1, characterized by that in the 100 mentioned containers there are mentioned pistons, smaller piston (7) and bigger piston (8), which serve to press out the dyestuff uniformly from their containers.

Set for precise dyeing of individual hairs and for dyeing tufts with the way of protecting the undyed hair according to claim 1, characterized by that 105 mentioned two axles (15) of cylindrical shape serve for pushing the piston and lean with one end against pistons (7) and (8) by pushing them, while with the other end they lean against nut (12) that moves by turning little wheel (11), and axles (15) are aligned by little plate with grooves (10).

Set for precise dyeing of individual hairs and for dyeing tufts with the way of 110 protecting the undyed hair according to claim 9, characterized by that mentioned alignment little plate (10) of round shape serves for supporting axles (15) in the centre of pistons (7) and (8) and to keep screw (11A) of little wheel with screw (11) in its axis, and that the precise mounting of alignment little plate (10) is ensured by grooves that correspond to the wall shape of the 115 container for dyeing ingredients in injector body (6).
11. Set for precise dyeing of individual hairs and for dyeing tufts with the way of protecting the undyed hair according to claim 10, characterized by that mentioned little wheel with screw (11) serves that by its turning the dyeing ingredients are pressed out from the container, that it is of round shape, 120 toothed over its periphery for an easier turning and has, as its own part, screw (11A).
12. Set for precise dyeing of individual hairs and for dyeing tufts with the way of protecting the undyed hair according to claim 1, characterized by that mentioned nut (12) serves for pushing pistons (7) and (8), it is not entirely 125 round but is made in a way that at its one side a sector is missing and with this even part it leans against the even wall of the rear part of body (9), which is made in a way that its inner wall is not of entirely round section but its one inner side is also even and against this even part leans also the even part of nut (12) preventing in such a way the turning of nut (12) about its own axis, 130 therefore it moves linearly and pushes axles (15) that lean against it, that nut (12) at its front side has made a groove for accepting axles (15) securing them by that from fallingout of the axis, what might result in a nonuniform pressingout of the dyeing ingredients from the container into body (6).

Set for precise dyeing of individual hairs and for dyeing tufts with the way of 135 protecting the undyed hair according to claim 1, characterized by that mentioned body rear part (9) serves for connecting the assembly for pushing pistons (7) and (8) with body (6), that it is made in such a way that on the rear side it has grooves (16) at the outer side by means of which it is connected to cover (13) of the body rear side, while on the front side it has annular bulges 140 that enter into grooves (17) on pencil body (6), that the inner wall of body rear part (9) is not of round shape but in one part this inner wall is even and this even part leans against the even part of nut (12) what prevents nut (12) from turning, that after connecting body rear part (9) and injector body (6) body rear part (9) leans against little plate (10) for the alignment of the axles and the 145 screw, by which its stable position is secured.

Set for precise dyeing of individual hairs and for dyeing tufts with the way of protecting the undyed hair according to claim 1, characterized by that mentioned cover of body rear part (13) of cylindrical shape serves for connecting little wheel with screw (11) with the rear part of body (9), that the 150 connecting is achieved with annular bulges (16) on the cover of body rear part (13) which enter into grooves (16) on the rear part of body (9), that cover of rear part (13) has made a projection on the bottom inner side which secures the position of nut (12) during the mounting in a way that, when screw (11A) is pushed through the opening on cover of body rear part (13) and by C securer 155 (14) is connected with cover of rear part (13), on screw (11A) nut (12) is wound on till the end, which bore with the cutin thread is not made in its axis so that the projection beside the bore on the inner side of body cover (13) brings nut (12) in the position that at mounting its even part precisely leans against the even part of body rear part (9), that the precise assembling of body 160 rear part (9) and of the cover of body rear part (9), in order that nut (12) should be in the position of leaning against the even part of the inner wall of body rear part (9), is enabled by the asymmetric construction of annular bulge (16) and the groove on body rear part (9).

Set for precise dyeing of individual hairs and for dyeing tufts with the way of 165 protecting the undyed hair according to claim 1, characterized by that mentioned C securer (14) connects little wheel with screw (11) and rear part cover (13), and that it serves as a support of screw (11A) when pushing piston (7) and (8).

Set for precise dyeing of individual hairs and for dyeing tufts with the way of 170 protecting the undyed hair according to claim 1, characterized by that the mentioned pincers for tuft dyeing serve for depositing the dye on the hair tuft embraced by the pincers, that they are set on top carrier (2) and consist of pincers body (21), pincers upper part (23), lever (22), spongy rubber (24) of flat crosssection, connecting axle (25) and spiral return spring (26).

Set for precise dyeing of individual hairs and for dyeing tufts with the way of protecting the undyed hair according to claim 16, characterized by that mentioned pincers body (21) is of round shape and serves for setting on top carrier (2) by its inner side that is made to lean fully against top carrier (2), that at its front side it has the pincers lower arm and on it the lower part of spongy 180 rubber (24) of rectangular crosssection is attached, and that at the upper side on pincers body (21) spiral return spring (26) and pincers upper part (23) are placed.

Set for precise dyeing for individual hairs and for dyeing tufts with the way of protecting the undyed hair according to claim 16, characterized by that 185 mentioned pincers upper part (23) serves for opening the pincers arms and for the placement of the upper part of spongy rubber (24) of rectangular section, and that it is made in such a way that on the front part it has the pincers upper arm on which the upper part of spongy rubber (24) of rectangular section is attached, that as one part it has also lever (22) by means of which the pincers 190 open and by pressing on lever (22) spiral spring (26) is compressed.

Set for precise dyeing of individual hairs and for dyeing tufts with the way of protecting the undyed hair according to claim 16, characterized by that mentioned axle (25) connects pincers body (21) and pincers upper part (23) and enables that at pressing lever (22) of pincers upper part and by 195 compressing spiral spring (26) pincers upper part (23) turns about axle (25) so that the pincers endings open.

Set for precise dyeing of individual hairs and for dyeing tufts with the way of protecting the undyed hair according to claim 16, characterized by that mentioned spiral spring (26), placed between pincers body (21) and pincers 200 upper part (23), serves for closing the pincers by pressing pincers upper part (23) and ensures the pressure for pressingout the dye from the upper and lower half of spongy rubber (24) of rectangular section onto the hair tuft.

Set for precise dyeing of individual hairs and for dyeing tufts with the way of protecting the undyed hair according to claim 16, characterized by that 205 mentioned spongy rubber (24) of rectangular crosssection serves to transfer the dye by which it is soaked onto the hair tuft and to dye it, that in its front part it is cut out in the middle in two equal parts by a cut that is not even but made in a way that the upper and lower part of spongy rubber (24) of rectangular section are of toothed shape on their joint in order to embrace the 210 hairs along which it is dragged and to dye it completely, that its upper part is attached on the upper arm that is part of pincers upper part (23) and its lower part is attached on the pincers lower arm that is part of pincers body (21), that in its rear part spongy rubber (24) of rectangular section is of round shape and placed into the bore of top carrier (2).

Set for precise dyeing of individual hairs and for dyeing tufts with the way of protecting the undyed hair according to claim 1, characterized by that mentioned top (1) is made in several shapes and set in top carrier (2), that it serves for precise dyeing, takes in itself the already prepared dye, enables the dyeing of individual hairs and is made of spongy material, and that top no.
24. 1 is 220 of round shape with the semispherical ending serving for a richer dye depositing.
25. Set for precise dyeing of individual hairs and for dyeing tufts with the way of protecting the undyed hair according to claim 1, characterized by that mentioned top no. 2 is of round shape with a flat ending and serves for precise 225 dye depositing on individual hairs.

Set for precise dyeing of individual hairs and for dyeing tufts with the way of protecting the undyed hair according to claim 1, characterized by that mentioned top no. 3 has the rear part of round shape which enters into the opening of top carrier (2) while its ending is flat, that it consists of a series of 230 thin threads and serves for a somewhat richer dye depositing.

Set for precise dyeing of individual hairs and for dyeing tufts with the way of protecting the undyed hair according to claim 1, characterized by that mentioned top no. 4 serves for dyeing smaller hair tufts, that it is placed into top carrier (2), that it has body (V1) of round shape into which spongy material 235 (V2) is placed which is soaked by the dye pressed out from the container, that body (V1) is partly open on the top at the front side, and on this place brush (V3) is pressed into spongy rubber (V2).

Set for precise dyeing of individual hairs and for dyeing tufts with the way of protecting the undyed hair according to claim 1, characterized by that 240 mentioned body (B1), in which there is the container, is of round shape, while the dyestuff container placed in it is of oval section, that on the body there is inner groove (B7) for accepting little wheel with support (B2) on the rear side and outer groove (B6) for accepting top carrier (2) on the front side, that at the front side, shifted from the axis of body (B1), also opening (B8) is made and 245 through it the dye is pressed out, that it serves for placing the single component hair dye, for accepting the little wheel with support and tube with thread (B2), tube with inner and outer thread (B3) and oval piston with the tube on which the thread is on tube outer side (B4).

Set for precise dyeing of individual hairs and for dyeing tufts with the way of 250 protecting the undyed hair according to claim 1, characterized by that mentioned little wheel with support and tube with thread on the inner side (B2) serves that, by its turning, from tube with inner thread (B2), which is its integral part, tube with inner and outer thread (B3) would wind out, from which winds out the tube with the thread on the outer side that is part of oval piston (B4), 255 that little wheel with support and tube with the thread on the inner side (B2) consists of toothed little wheel serving for the turning of the little wheel outer part, i. e. of the support with annular bulge (B7) by means of which little wheel with support and tube with the thread on the inner side (B2) is connected with body (B1), and by that beside the connecting itself also the turning of little 260 wheel with support and tube with inner thread (B2) about its own axis is enabled, that the support is of cylindrical shape and cutthrough in four parts for an easier inserting into body (B1), while tube with inner thread (B2A) has at its front side cutin a rectangular opening serving to stop the turning of tube with inner and outer thread (B3) when at turning it arrives to the end of the 265 thread, and by that its fallingout is prevented.

Set for precise dyeing of individual hairs and for dyeing tufts with the way of protecting the undyed hair according to claim 1, characterized by that mentioned tube with inner and outer thread (B3) serves that, after the turning of little wheel with support and tube with inner thread (B2A), tube with inner 270 and outer thread (B3) would start to wind and to push oval piston (B4), that, when it arrives to the thread end on tube with inner thread (B2A), tube with inner and outer thread (B3) is blocked by means of a pin with bulge as its part and starts to turn together with little wheel (B2) and then oval piston (B4) starts to wind out of it, that a part of it is the tube with the thread on the outer side 275 which is wound into tube with inner and outer thread (B3) and made in a way that at the front side it has cutin the rectangular opening for blocking the turning of oval piston (B4) from the tube on which is the thread, that when due to the turning it comes to the thread end on tube with inner and outer thread (B3), and at the rear side there is a pin with bulge on its end made in such a 280 way that in the released position of the pin the bulge with the full height projects above the upper edge of the tube, that when tube with inner and outer thread (B3) is wound into tube with inner thread (B2A) of little wheel with support (B2), then the pin is compressed and the bulge upper edge is levelled with the upper edge of tube with inner and outer thread (B3), that when due to 285 the turning tube with inner and outer thread (B3) comes to the thread end on the tube inner side of little wheel (B2A), then the bulge on the pin arrives to the rectangular opening and seats in it, and by that the further turning of tube with inner and outer thread (B3) is stopped and its fallingout prevented, in such a way also the further pushing of oval piston (B4) is prevented 290.

Set for precise dyeing of individual hairs and for dyeing tufts with the way of protecting the undyed hair according to claim 1, characterized by that mentioned oval piston (B4) with the tube having outer thread serves for pressingout the dye from the container in body (B1) and is made oval to prevent the turning of the piston about its axis what would prevent its linear 295 moving, that at the rear side of the tube with outer thread, which is part of oval piston (B4), there is the pin with the bulge on its end, made in a way that in the pin released position the bulge projects in fully height above the tube upper edge, that, when the tube with outer thread of piston (B4) is wound in tube with inner and outer thread (B3), then the pin is compressed and the bulge 300 upper edge is levelled with the tube upper edge, that, when due to the turning of tube with inner and outer thread (B3) the tube with outer thread of oval piston (B4) arrives to the thread end on the inner side of tube with inner and outer thread (B3), then the bulge on the pin arrives to the rectangular groove made on the end of tube with inner and outer thread (B3) and seats in it, 305 blocking in such a way the further turning of tube with inner and outer thread (B3) and preventing its fallingout, what prevents the further pushing of oval piston (B4).

Set for precise dyeing of individual hairs and for dyeing tufts with the way of protecting the undyed hair according to claim 1, characterized by that 310 mentioned body (C1) is of round shape and serves for placing the single component dye, that it has two external grooves: rear grove (C6) serves for accepting rear part (C2) that is the cover of body (C1) while front groove (C7) serves for accepting top carrier (2), that on the front side of the body there is opening (C5) that is shifted from the axis of body (C1) and through it the dye is 315 pressed out in top carrier (2) which is also the closer, that around pressingout opening (C5) a groove is made, into which annular seal (C4) is placed, which ensures the impermeability.

Set for precise dyeing of individual hairs and for dyeing tufts with the way of protecting the undyed hair according to claim 1, characterized by that 320 mentioned rear part (C2) serving as the body cover is of cylindrical shape, that in its centre it has an opening through which passes the axle of piston (C3) for the dyestuff pressingout, that on its front part at the inner side it has made an annular bulge that enters into the groove on body rear part (C7), connecting rear part (C2) with injector body (C1) in such a way.

Set for precise dyeing of individual hairs and for dyeing tufts with the way of protecting the undyed hair according to claim 1, characterized by that mentioned piston with axle (C3) is of round shape and by pressing the axle, piston (C3) moves and presses out the dye through opening (C5) on the body front side.

Set for precise dyeing of individual hairs and for dyeing tufts with the way of protecting the undyed hair according to claim 1, characterized by that mentioned body (D1) is of cylindrical shape and contains in itself two containers for dyeing ingredients which are of round shape and of different volume, placed in the axis one alongside the other one and serving for storing 335 and pressingout the dyeing ingredients just before the mixing and use, that at its rear side body (D1) is open and in its upper part, from the container for the components to the end, its inner walls are made as parallel planes in which on the rear part two slots are made into which little plates (D4) are inserted, that at the front side it has an outer groove for connecting top carrier (2) and two 340 openings for pressingout the ingredients from the container, around which in the axis of each one grooves are made inside of which two annular seals (5) are placed.
36. 34 Set for precise dyeing of individual hairs and for dyeing tufts with the way of protecting the undyed hair according to claim 1, characterized by that 345 mentioned pistons with axles and threaded little plate (D2) are made as one whole, that the pistons after the filling are put into the container for the dye components in body (D1) and serve for pressingout the components, that they are via axle (D2B) connected with threaded little plate (D2A), which is made as a circle that is missing two symmetrical sectors, that with these even 350 parts it leans against the inner even walls of body (D1) and in its centre it has a threaded bore into which screw (D3A) is wound in.
37. 35 Set for precise dyeing of individual hairs and for dyeing tufts with the way of protecting the undyed hair according to claim 1, characterized by that mentioned little wheel with screw (D2) serves that by its turning threaded little 355 plate (D2A) is pushed and in such a way pistons (D2) as well, that it is made in a way that it has a little wheel that is toothed on the periphery, that at its front side there is screw (D3A) which at its upper side has a round widening by which it leans against little plate (D4) and after placing pistons (D2) it is wound into threaded little plate (D2A).

Set for precise dyeing of individual hairs and for dyeing tufts with the way of protecting the undyed hair according to claim 1, characterized by that mentioned little plate (D4) serves for connecting screw with little wheel (D3) and body (D1) and as a support of screw (D3A) ensuring its position in the centre, that it is of rectangular shape with a slot having the width equal to the 365 diameter of screw (D3A), which is made to the centre of little plate (D4) enabling to be inserted into body (D1) after pistons with axles and little plate (D2) are placed into it and threaded little wheel (D3) is wound into them. Little plate (D4) is inserted into the slots in body (D1), which are cut into two inner walls of body (D1), which are made as parallel planes.

Set for precise dyeing of individual hairs and for dyeing tufts with the way of protecting the undyed hair according to claim 1, characterized by that mentioned body (E1) serves as the container for the singlecomponent dye, that in it the piston with axle (E3) is placed by which the dye is pressed out, that it is of cylindrical shape and fully open at the rear side, that at the front 375 side it has a smaller opening for inserting top (E2) made of spongy material which is soaked with the pressedout dye.

SET FOR PRECISE DYEING OF INDIVIDUAL HAIR AND FOR DYEING HAIR TUFTS WITH THE WAY OF PROTECTING THE UNDYED HAIR INVENTION DESCRIPTION The relevant field of the invention This invention is related to the set for dyeing individual hair or whole hair tufts with different systems of pressing out the dyeing ingredients, either single-component or two-component ones in case when the invention also comprises the system for ingredient mixing, and according to the international classification (IPC) it is classified as: Technical problem During the life the hair looses the pigment and grey hair appears. When first grey hair appears and it is desired to dye it, in some of the ways it is necessary to dye the entire hair, i. e. to deposit the dye-stuff on all individual hair. On the other hand, someone desires to dye only some individual, thicker or thinner hair tufts with some other dye.

State of art After the appearance of the grey hair there exist two possibilities. Either to leave it in its natural greyness or to deposit in different ways some dye on the entire hair, i. e. to dye the entire hair. The desire to give some other colour to one or to several hair tufts is solved in the following ways: On the head of the person with the mentioned desire a rubber cap with multiple srnall openings is slipped on. With the steel hook the tufts are pulled out through the openings, which are then dyed by means of one of the procedures. The paintbrush or small spade takes the dye, and by sliding along the brush or spade and by tapping on the tuft the dye is deposited on the hair. After that, another rubber cap preventing the dye drying is slipped on.

The other way is that the individual tuft is manually separated stretched and kept in the air separated from the rest of the hair, or to put an aluminium foil underneath. Then, the dye is deposited by means of the paintbrush or the small spade, the tuft is wrapped up into the aluminium foil that protects the remaining hair to remain undyed and prevents the quick dye drying, what could interrupt the hair dyeing process.

The first way can be painful, while the other one requires skill and experience, and there exists a risk either that the dye falls on the remaining hair or that the dye leaks through the aluminium foil.

The hair dying in one's own realisation is performed in a way that two or more chemical ingredients packed in separate vessels are mixed by manual mixing or by shaking. The mixture obtained in such a way is manually spread all over the hair. The part of the mixture that is not used must be thrown away at once.

Exposure of the invention essence The primary goal of the invention is: 1) To enable to the persons having only a limited number of grey hair to dye only the individual, grey hair without depositing chemicals on the hair that has retained the natural colour.

2) To enable the dyeing of the hair tufts by depositing the dye by a simple dragging- through of the pincers with a sponge rubber soaked with dye, by which the desired tuft is embraced.

3) To enable the hair dyeing to the hair root, what is possible by using the extension for the precise dyeing.

4) The increase of the working speed when dyeing the hair tufts by using the dyed tuft protection with the latex hose.

5) By increasing the work speed the hair dyeing costs are reduced, and its simple use enables also the one's own tuft dyeing at home.

The secondary goal of the invention is: 1) A simple and quick application in a way that everybody can dye only the individual grey hairs by himself, at home and without losing time.

2) A very simplified tuft dyeing, what enables to persons, who are not especially educated and trained, to dye by themselves, at their home, one or more tufts.

The further goal of the invention is the saving of the dye-stuff, because only the quantity for the individual dyeing is mixed, while the rest of the non-used and non-mixed stuff remains conserved and enables a multiple use. Thus, the throwing- away of the prepared but not used stuff is avoided, what contributes, beside to the stuff saving, also to the environment ecology. This saving brings the reduction of the dyeing costs.

The next goal is the simple use, easy dosing and mixing, so that the packing in several separate containers, which contents is necessary to be mixed manually, is avoided.

The set for the precise dyeing of individual hairs and for the hair tuft dyeing in all versions (except the version for the single use) comprises: the body inside of which there are one or more containers for the dye-stuff or its components, on the front end openings for the dye pressing-out are made which are decentred from the body axis in a way that by turning the top carrier for about 45 degrees they open or close ; the pistons for pressing out the container contents; system for pushing the pistons, rear part or the cover that closes the body, the top carrier by which turning about the axis the openings for the dye pressing-out are opened and closed, and in the same top carrier the spiral for the dye components that are pressed through it and the chosen top are placed, and on the top carrier the pincers for the hair tuft dyeing can be placed.

The set for the precise dyeing of individual hairs and for dyeing hair tufts in the versions for the single use comprises: the body inside of which there is one ore more containers for the dye components, on the front body there are the openings for pressing-out the container contents, one or two pistons with axles for the pressing- out of the contents from the container, the cylindrical shell inside of which the piston axle is placed which is held by the shell in the axis; the spiral for mixing the components that are pressed through it (in the version for using the two-component dye), the top made of spongy material soaked with dye and transferred onto the hair, and the cover that protects the top Short description of drawings The drawings of the invention present the realisation and explain the way of working and explain the function of the particular invention parts.

Detailed description of the invention realisation Version A Injector for hair dyeing with the use of the two-component dye-stuff that is pressed 130 out by turning the little wheel with the top for the precise dyeing.

In injector body (6) there are the containers with the hair dyeing ingredients: the developer and the dye-stuff. The container volumes can be different, depending on the applied ingredient-mixing ratio. The usual preparations are mixed in the ratio from 1: 3 to 1: 1. The exact ratio of the ingredients is regulated by the size of the 135 opening section through which the ingredients are pressed out of the container and by the area of pistons (7) and (8).

On the rear part there is small wheel (11) with the screw. By turning small wheel (11) also screw (11A), as its part, turns. By turning screw (11A), nut (12) wound on screw (11A) of small wheel (11) with the screw moves linearly, because it 140 is made in such a way that a sector is missing and by that even part it leans against the inner wall of body rear part (9), which one inner wall is even and by that the turning of nut (12) is prevented and its linear motion is secured. Nut (12) by the linear motion pushes axles (15) that push pistons (7) and (8). The pistons uniformly press out the ingredients from the containers and the ratio is determined by the diameter of 145 openings (19) and (20) through which they are pressed out and by the diameter of the container, i. e. by the diameter of smaller piston (7) and bigger piston (8), i. e. by their interrelationship.

After the particular ingredients are pressed out of the container, they enter into spiral (3) for mixing that is placed in top carrier (2). By passing through the spiral the 150 ingredients are mixed together and on the exit from spiral (3) they come to the top made of spongy material (1), they soak it, and the pencil is ready for the hair dyeing.

The joining of body (6) and the top carrier (2) is made with groove (18) on the body and with the annular bulges on the inner side of top carrier (2), what enables the turning of top carrier (2) about the axis without increasing the distance between 155 this two parts. This enables an impermeable closing of the opening for pressing-out the dyeing ingredients by means of two annular seals (5).

Openings (19) and (20) on body (6) are placed out of the centre of body (6) in a way that the turning of top carrier (2) about its axis enables the pressing-out of the contents from the container in one position, while by turning top carrier (2) for about 160 45 degrees openings (19) and (20) are completely closed. In such a way the leaking of the ingredients and its mixing is prevented.

Top carrier (2) is made in such a way that in its opening on the front side the chosen top for the precise dyeing is inserted, or in it the pincers for the tuft dyeing can be placed, and this is in the same time a closer by which turning openings (19) 165 and (20) of the containers on body (6) are opened or entirely closed. In such a way the multiple uses, the dozing of the necessary amount of ingredients and the preserving of the container contents is enabled.

At the rear side of injector body (6) the rear part of body (9) is attached by means of groove (17) on the inner side of body (6) and annular bulge (17) on the rear 170 part of body (9). The rear part of body (9) serves for connecting body (6) with the assembly for pushing the pistons.

The inner wall of body rear part (9) is not entirely round but even in one part and against that even part leans the even part of nut (12) preventing the turning of nut (12) and securing in such a way its linear motion. Body rear part (9) leans against 175 alignment little plate (10) that serves for supporting axle (15) and keeping screw (11A) of little wheel (11) with the screw in the axial position.

The precise and quick folding of alignment little plate (10) is enabled by the groove in the form of the container wall on alignment little plate (10), which determines its position and in such a way aligns the openings through which pass 180 axles (15).

Rear part cover (13) serves for connecting the little wheel with the screw (11) and the injector, making the assembling simple. It is connected with body rear part (9) by means of the annular bulge and groove (16) on body rear part (9).

Little wheel (11) with the screw is connected with body rear part cover (13) by 185 securer (14).

For the precise dyeing of only individual hairs, into the opening of spongy rubber carrier (2) it is necessary to insert one of the extensions for the precise dyeing Vrh 1, Vrh 2, Vrh 3 or Vrh 4 (Fig. 4).

For dyeing the hair tufts it is necessary to exert top (1) for the precise dyeing 190 and to insert on top carrier (2) the pincers for the hair tufts dyeing.

Spiral for mixing ingredients After the particular ingredients are pressed out of the container in body (6), they enter into spiral for mixing (3) that is placed in top carrier (2). The spiral consists of interconnected segments made in spiral form, where each next segment has the 195 counter-winding spiral. So, first segment spiral (3A) winds from the left to the right. To it, next segment (3B) is connected at 90 degrees, which spiral winds from the right to the left, third segment (3A) has again a spiral winding from the left to the right and is made with a shift of 90 degrees to the preceding one, the second spiral segment (3B).

200 Each of the ingredients is pressed out in one half of the spiral and fills it, one ingredient fills the left channel of the spiral and the other ingredient fills the right channel of the spiral, and following its shape both ingredients arrive to the end of the first segment and meet the second segment that is placed in a way that his section axis intersects at 90 degrees the section axis of the first segment and divides the left 205 and right channel in two halves. Therefore, the half amount of the ingredient from the left channel and the half amount of the ingredient from the right channel enter and fill up the same upper channel of the second segment, and the half amount of the ingredient from the right channel enter into the second lower channel of the second segment. When they are pressed through several segments, the ingredients are 210 completely intermixed.

On the spiral periphery openings (3C) are made in a way that also during the pressing-through period through the spiral segments the ingredients pass from one channel into another and additionally intermix. Due to the fact that the pressure is equal in the ingredients that fill up the left and right channel, the pressing through the 215 openings is achieved in the following way. The openings in the walls of spiral (3C) are made in a way that, watching from the direction where the ingredients arrive into the spiral ; openings (3C) have a greater diameter than the openings on the opposite side of the wall. In other words, the cross-section of the openings has the shape of the truncated cone. As the pressure per unit area is equal, the greater area of the 220 opening at one side gives the greater sum of pressure per unit area. Therefore, the pressure at the side with the greater opening diameter overcomes the pressure on the opposite side, what enables the ingredient pressing-out through opening (3C).

The spiral of each segment turns for 150 degrees, what gives a sufficient length of the periphery for placing the opening for mixing (3C), and the channel of the 225 spiral has a sufficient length to enable the mixing of the components that arrived into it. At the end of the segment the edges are cut parallel with the longitudinal axis in order to avoid the thinning of the wall on the end and to prevent its breaking when being used, and also this reduces the vortices.

Pincers for dying hair tufts 230 If the dyeing of the hair tufts is desired, then the top for precise dyeing (1) is taken out and on top carrier (2) pincers for dyeing hair tufts are placed which consist of: pincers body (21) with lower pincers arm, pincers upper part (23) with opening lever (22) and upper pincers arm, axle (25) that connects pincers body (21) with pincers upper part (23) and enables the opening of the pincers, spiral spring (26) that 235 closes the pincers after being compressed during the opening of the pincers and secures the pressure of the spongy rubber of flat cross-section (24) on the tuft.

By putting pincers body (21) on top-carrier (2), spongy rubber of flat cross- section (24), which is of round shape in its rear part, enters into the opening of top carrier (2) and the pressed dye comes to it and soaks it. The front part of spongy 240 rubber of rectangular cross-section (24) is cut through into two pieces and the upper part is attached to the pincers upper arm that is a part of pincers upper part (23), while its lower part is attached to the lower arm that is a part of pincers body (21).

When the dye is pressed out of the container into body (6), it comes to spongy rubber of flat cross-section (24) and soaks it.

245 By pressing on lever (22) of pincers upper part (23), it rotates about axle (25) and the pincers arm open.

After the hair tuft that should be dyed is put in the pincers, lever (22) of pincers upper part (23) is released, spiral spring (26) presses pincers upper part (23) and they are closed. Then, spongy rubber of flat cross-section (24) soaked with dye 250 presses the hair tuft. By dragging the pencil over the tuft, the dye from spongy rubber of flat cross-section (24) remains on the tuft and dyes it.

Tops for precise dyeing Top 1 is of round shape with the semi-spherical ending, and it serves for a richer depositing of the dye. It is inserted into top carrier (2).

255 Top 2 is of round shape with the flat ending, and it serves for the precise depositing of the dye. It is inserted in top carrier (2).

Top 3 has a rear part that enters into the opening of carrier (2) of round shape, while its ending is flat. It consists of a set of thin threads and serves for a somewhat richer depositing of the dye. It is inserted into top carrier (2).

260 Top 4 with its front side is placed on top carrier (2). It has body (V1) of round shape and in it spongy rubber (V2) is placed that is soaked with the dye from the container. Body (V1) is partly open at the upper front side, and on this place little brush (V3) is pressed into spongy rubber (V2). Top 4 serves for dyeing smaller hair tufts.

265 Version B Injector for the hair dyeing using the single-component dye-stuff that is pressed out by turning the little wheel In injector body (B1) there is the container for the single-component hair dye- stuff, oval piston for dye pressing-out (B4) and the screw system for pressing the 270 piston. The little wheel with the application point and the inner threaded tube (B2) is made with the little wheel that is toothed for an easier rotation, and on the front side a tube with an annular bulge is made, by which it is connected with pencil body (B1).

By turning the little wheel with the application point and inner threaded tube (B2) also inner threaded tube (B2A) turns, which is its composing part. Tube with inner and 275 outer thread (B3), which is completely wound into the inner threaded tube of the little wheel (B2), comes out from it and presses oval piston with thread (B4), which turning is prevented just due to its oval shape. When tube with inner and outer thread (B3) due to the turning comes to the end of inner threaded tube (B2A), the bulge on the spring that is made on the begin of tube (B3) comes to the groove of rectangular 280 shape on inner threaded tube (B2A) of little wheel (B2) and fixes itself in it. By that, the turning of tube with inner and outer thread (B3) is stopped as well as its falling- out from inner threaded tube (B2A).

By a further turning of little wheel with the application point and inner threaded tube (B2) also tube with inner and outer thread (B3) turns, into which outer threaded 285 tube of oval piston (B4) is wound-in, to which due to the piston oval shape the turning is prevented and it presses piston (B4) linearly. To prevent the falling-out of outer threaded tube of oval piston (B4) from tube with inner and outer thread (B3), on the begin of outer threaded tube of oval piston (B4) a spring is also made with the bulge fixed in the rectangular groove that is made on the end of tube with inner and outer 290 thread (B3) just in the moment when outer threaded tube of oval piston (B4) has arrived to the end of the thread in tube with inner and outer thread (B3).

This pressing system is short and reduces the length of the invention, what is very important for the aesthetic appearance and simple handling.

Opening (B8) on body (B1) is placed out-of-centre with respect to the axis of 295 body (B1) in a way that the turning of top carrier (2) enables the pressing-out of the dye from the container in one position, while by turning carrier (2) for about 45 degrees the opening is completely closed. In such a way the leaking of the dye is prevented. Around pressing-out opening (B8) a groove is made, inside of which there is annular seal (B5) that ensures the impermeability.

300 Injector body (B1) is connected by means of groove (B6) with top carrier (2) that is made in a way that in its opening on the front side the selected top from precise dyeing is inserted, or on it the pincers of the precise tuft dyeing can be set.

Top carrier (2) is also the closer, by which turning opening (B8) of the container on body (B1) opens or completely closes. In such a way, a multiple use as well as the 305 storing of the container contents is enabled.

Version C Injector for hair dyeing using the single-component dye-stuff that is pressed out like an injection Injector body (C1) is of cylindrical shape and open at the rear side, in it there 310 is the container with the single-component dye and the piston for pressing-out the dye (C3). When piston (C3) is pressed, it presses out the dye from the container through opening (C5). At the rear side there is groove (C6) by which body (C1) is connected with rear part (C2) that serves as the cover for body (C1). A groove is made around pressing-out opening (C5), inside of which annular seal 320 (C4) is placed, which ensures the impermeability between body (C1) and top carrier (2).

Top carrier (2) is attached by groove (C7) onto body (C1), which is made in a way that into its opening at the front side the selected top for precise dyeing is inserted, or on it the pincers of the tuft dyeing can be placed.

325 Version D Injector for the hair dyeing using two-component dye-stuff that is pressed out by turning the little wheel with the top for precise dyeing In injector body (D1) there are the containers with ingredients for the hair dyeing, and the container capacities can be various.

330 On the rear part there is little wheel with screw (D3). By turning little wheel (D3) also screw (D3A) is turning, which is its part. Pistons (D2) of piston pushing axle (D2B) and threaded little plate (D2A) are made as one part. Screw (D3A) is wound in into threaded little plate (D2A) and by turning screw (D3A) threaded little plate (D2A) moves linearly. Threaded little plate (D2A) is made in circular shape, where two 335 symmetrical sectors are missing. By these even parts it leans against the inner wall of body (D1), which two inner walls above the container are made as parallel planes.

In such a way the twisting of axle (D2B) is prevented. By the turning of little wheel with screw (D3) threaded little plate (D2A) of axle (D2B) is pushed, and so are pistons (D2) that press out the dye components.

340 After the individual ingredients are pressed out from the container, they enter into spiral for mixing (3) that is placed in top carrier (2). By passing through the spiral the ingredients are intermixed and on the exit from spiral (3) they come to the top made of spongy material (1), they soak it and the injector is ready for the hair dyeing.

Into the opening of top carrier (2) one of the extensions for the precise dyeing Vrh 1, 345 Vrh 2, Vrh 3 or Vrh 4 is placed, or for the tuft dyeing top for precise dyeing (1) is taken away and on top carrier (2) the pincers for tuft dyeing are set.

The connecting of body (D1) and top carrier (2) is performed with the groove on body (D1) and the annular bulges on the inner side of top carrier (2), what enables the turning of top carrier (2) about the axis without increasing the distance between 350 these two parts. This enables the impermeable closing of the opening for the pressing-out of the dyeing ingredients by means of two annular seals (5). The openings on body (D1) are placed out-of-centre with respect to body (D1) in a way that the turning of top carrier (2) about its axis enables the pressing-out of the contents from the container in one position, while by turning top carrier (2) for about 355 45 degrees the openings for pressing-out are completely closed. In such a way the leaking of the ingredients and their mixing is prevented.

At the rear side of injector body (D1) little plate (D4) is inserted which connects little wheel with screw (D3) with injector body (D1). It serves as a support to screw (D3A) and secures its position in the centre. It is of rectangular shape with a slot 360 having the width equal to the diameter of screw (D3A). The slot is made to the centre of little plate (D4), what enables to be inserted in body (D1) after into the latter pistons with axles and little plate (D2) are set and into them little wheel with screw (D3) is wound. Little plate (D4) is inserted into the slots in body (D1), which are cut in two inner walls of body (D1), which are made as two parallel planes.

365 Version E Hair dyeing injector for single use filled with single-component dye-stuff pressed out like an injection The body of the injector for single use (E1) is of cylindrical shape and serves as the container of the single-component dye-stuff and for the acceptance of top 370 (E2). It is fully open at the rear side, and on the front side it has an opening through which the dye is pressed out of the container. Into this opening top made of spongy material (E2) is inserted, which is soaked with dye. In body (E1), which serves as the dye-stuff container, also piston with axle (E3) is placed serving for pressing-out the dye. The axle of the piston before use, while the container is filled up with dye, 375 projects with the entire length out of the body and is protected by cylindrical shell (E4) that fixes the axle and gives a nicer aesthetical view. The top made of spongy material is protected by cover (E5).

At the use cover (E5) is taken off, injector body (E1) is caught between the thumb and the forefinger, and the rear, flat part of shell (E4) is put on the palm of the 380 hand. Injector body (E1) is pressed by the fingers towards the palm, and shell (E4) presses on the axle of piston (E3), so that the piston presses the dye out of the container in body (E1). The pressed out dye soaks the top made of spongy material (E2) that transfers the dye on the hair.

Version F 385 Hair dyeing injector for the single use filled with two-component dye-stuff, which is pressed out like an injection, with centrally placed containers.

Injector body (F1) for single use with centrally placed containers is of cylindrical shape and serves as the container of dye-stuff components. It is fully opened at the rear side, and at the front part on the inner side it has openings 390 through which the components are pressed out from their containers, and their ratio is determined by the diameter of the opening through which they are pressed out and by the area of pistons (F2A) and (F2B) and their mutual relationship. The containers are made in a way that the outer, cylindrical wall of body (F1) is also the outer wall of outer container (B). In its axis inner container (A) is built, which is also of cylindrical 395 shape but of smaller diameter, assigned for the placement of the other component.

Concentric pistons with axles (F2) that press out the components are made in a way that smaller piston (F2A), which is inserted into inner container A, is of round shape and in its axis is set the axle by which it is pressed. The piston entering into outer container (F2B) is also of round shape but in its centre it has an opening having 400 the size of the outer wall of inner container A. On it two symmetrically placed axles for pressing are built, which are on the rear side connected with the pressing little plate on which also the axle of inner piston (F2A) is connected. At the front side of body (F1) there is the cylindrical bore inside of which at the rear side spiral (F4) for mixing the pressed-out components is placed, and in front of it in the same bore at 405 the front side top made of spongy material (F5) soaked with dye is placed.

The axles of the pistons before use, when the container is full of dye-stuff, project with the full length outside the body and are protected by cylindrically shaped shell (F3) that fixes the axles and gives nicer aesthetical appearance. Top (F5) made of spongy material is protected by cover (F6).

410 At the use, cover (F6) is taken off, injector body (F1) is caught between the thumb and forefinger, and the rear, flat part of shell (F3) is placed on the palm of the hand. Injector body (F1) is pressed by the fingers towards the palm, and shell (F3) presses on the axles of concentric pistons (F2). Piston (F2A) and piston (F2B) press the components out of container A and container B to body (F1). The pressed-out 415 components enter into the spiral and during the pressing-through they are mixed, prepared in such a way they arrive to top (F5) made of spongy material, which transfers the dye onto the hair.

Version G Hair dyeing injector for single use filled with two-component dye-stuff that is pressed- 420 out like an injection with parallel placed containers.

Injector body for single use with parallel placed containers (G1) is of cylindrical shape, in it the containers for the dyeing components are placed. At the front side spiral for mixing (G4) and top (G5) made of spongy material are placed. At the rear side it is fully open and at the front side inside it has openings through which the 425 components are pressed out of the containers, and their mixing ratio is determined by the diameter of the opening through which it is pressed out and by the area of pistons (G2) and their mutual relationship. The containers are placed in the symmetry axis one alongside the other, and in the containers also pistons with axles (G2). The axles are built in the middle of pistons (G2) and connected with the pressing little 430 plates on their end.

At the front side of body (G1) there is the cylindrical bore in which at the rear side spiral (G4) is placed in which the pressed-out dyeing components are mixed. In front of it, in the same bore at the front side, top (G5) made of spongy material and soaked with dye is placed.

435 Axles with pistons (G2) before use, while the container is full of dye, are projected by the fully length outside body (G1) and protected by cylindrically shaped shell (G3) that fixes the axles and gives an aesthetically nicer appearance. Top (G5), made of spongy material is protected by cover (G6).

At use, cover (G6) is taken off, injector body (G1) is caught between the thumb 440 and forefinger, and the rear, flat part of shell (G3) is placed on the palm of the hand.

Injector body (G1) is pressed by the fingers towards the palm, and shell (G3) presses on the axles of pistons (G2), pistons (G2) press the components out of the container into body (G1). The pressed-out components are mixed in spiral (G4) and arrive to top (G5), the dye soaks top (G5) made of spongy material, which transfers the dye 445 onto the hair.

Elastic protecting ring The elastic ring with tube for the protection of the hair and tufts after dyeing consists of two half rings with arms, left half ring (P1) and right half ring (P2), reverse spring (P3), connecting axle (P5) and latex hose (P4).

450 In the released position half rings (P1) and (P2) are fit tightly in a way that they make a fully circle in which centre there is an opening that holds tight the tuft to be dyed. When the lever of left half-ring (P1) and the lever of right half-ring (P2) are pressed by two fingers, the moving away of the two-half rings (in a form of a sector) is achieved and the access to the central opening is opened. The hair tuft to be dyed 455 is drawn through such a made passage up to the central opening and the elastic protecting ring is lowered to the very hair root, and the levers of half rings (P1) and (P2) are released. Spring (P3) presses half rings (P1) and (P2) closing the ring and squeezing the tuft at the root. The latex or aluminium hose (P4), folded into a ring is drawn, over the tuft and drawn on annular stand (P6) formed by connecting left half 460 ring (P1) and right half ring (P2). After dyeing the tuft, latex or aluminium hose (P4) is spread by the fully length over the tuft, protecting the dye of a to quickly drying and the rest of the hair from undesired dyeing.

Way of invention application The invention with installed one of the tops for precise dyeing is applied for 465 dyeing only single grey hairs or smaller hair tufts, what has not been possible now without dyeing the entire hair. It also enables the dyeing of only one part of the hair that has grown after the last dyeing, as well as the dyeing of the tuft parts close to the skin, which usually remain undyed, or for dyeing the hair that has grown after the last dyeing of the tufts.

470 The invention with the extension (pincers) for dyeing the tufts enables a simple and quick dyeing of the hair tufts, at a simple preparation of the dye-stuff, precise and simple dosing of the ingredients, the multiple use, and it does not require any great specialisation or skill, what makes it suitable as for the professional so also for the domestic use.

475 The construction of the container enables the filling of various volumes and various mixing ratios of the dyeing ingredients, what in the combination with various piston areas and openings through which the liquid is being pressed out from the container enables a precise dosing and mixing of dyeing components in a correct ratio. The way of opening and closing enables a multiple use and the storage of 480 various ingredients, which by that can be mixed in correct ratios.

Several body constructions and pressing-out ways enable the filling with the single-component or multi-component dyes, while various versions of the pressing- out and dye mixing ways enable a simpler and by that cheaper or a somewhat more complex realisation, but which requires a very little preparation and by that a little 485 consumed time, and it is very simple for use.

The invention elastic ring with the latex or aluminium protection hose is applied at dyeing the hair tufts, for protecting the hair that should not be dyed from the contact with the dyed hair, as well as for the protection of the dye on the dyed tuft from a quick drying, what would interrupt the dyeing process. The simple and quick 490 preparation of the hair tuft and the later protection after depositing the dye accelerates the work manifoldly and requires much less skill.

The invention of the injector for single use enables a quick and simple dyeing of single hairs or a smaller part of grown (undyed) hair, without applying the protection from dye dirtying, at the use of the single-or multi-component dye.
