Abstract:

The present invention relates to a setting structure for a lower thread supply device of a sewing machine, and a setting method, the structure allowing: a first index groove part (220) to be formed on the front surface of a power transmitting rotary part (200) in a circular shape at a predetermined radius from a center axis of the power transmitting rotary part (200); a second index groove part (781) to form a circular arc, at the same radius as that of the first index groove part (220) of the power transmitting rotary part (200), on the front surface of a non-cut region at the rear part of a bobbin case base (700); a housing (100) to be coupled to a main body of the sewing machine by means of a housing mounting bracket (130), wherein the housing mounting bracket (130) has a first slot hole (131) through which a bolt coupled to the main body of the sewing machine passes and a second slot hole (132) through which a bolt coupled to the housing (100) passes; and the first slot hole (131) and the second slot hole (132) to have a free space in which bolt movement is enabled within a predetermined range, such that, in a state in which the power transmitting rotary part (200) is mounted at a power shaft of the sewing machine, the position of the housing (100) is determined such that the first index groove part (220) of the power transmitting rotary part (200) and the second index groove part (781) of the bobbin case base (700) are connected so as to form a perfect circular shape, and then the bolt is fastened to the first slot hole (131) and the second slot hole (132) so as to fix the housing (100) to the main body of the sewing machine.
