Abstract:
Provided is a settling system excellent in the aspects of security and convenience. A personal identification device (26) identifies a customer (U) personally when the customer (U) enters a shop (20). The customer (U) enters the shop (20) and photographs the bar codes of a commodity with a mobile telephone (32). A customer identification device (42) takes matching between the information from the personal identification device (26) and the information from the mobile telephone (32) thereby to identify the customer, and advances to a settling operation.
