Abstract:
Disclosed is a sewing apparatus with a tool-free disassembling screw, comprising a tool-free disassembling screw unit (1), a middle plate-fastening unit (2) and a toothed plate-fastening unit (3). The tool-free disassembling screw unit (1) comprises a plate body (11), a plate-shaped wrenching plate (12) used for hand holding and wrenching, a pivoting device (13) and an overlapping and positioning device, wherein a screw rod (17) is provided on the plate body (11); the wrenching plate (12) is pivoted to the plate body (11) via the pivoting device (13) and is rotatable on the plate body (11) such that the wrenching plate (12) is overlapped with the plate body (11) or is wrenched away from the overlapped position; and the overlapping and positioning device enables the wrenching plate (12) and the plate body (11) to be overlapped and positioned. On a packing or unpacking site, the operation of tightening screws or dismounting the screw unit can be accomplished without the need of any tool, which is very convenient, so that the labour intensity is low, the speed is high, the working efficiency is high, the packaging costs are reduced, the quality of a sewed packing box is high, and the appearance of the sewed packing box is attractive.
