SEXUAL BED (SLB) WITH SEXUAL MECHANICAL ELEVATION

DEVICE (SED)

FIELD OF THE INVENTION

[001] The present invention generally relates to the field of sexual beds (SLB) comprising a mechanical sexual elevation device (SED) embedded therein to be used for sexual activities. The present invention further relates to a sexual mattress (SLM) comprising a SED that when placed on a sleeping bed or any other flat surface, provides an added function to its regular use of sleeping.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

[002] Performing a joyful and sensible sexual relationship between people is a very important part of modern life. Sexual relationships varies between a wide range of activities, such as a regular sexual intercourse, hands and oral relationship, pampering massage and other combined activities.

[003] During sexual activities it is important that all participants enjoy it and reach sexual satisfaction. Although it is preferred that all participants reach an orgasm, often sexual partners don't equally enjoy the sexual activity. Generally, people who make love constantly strive to improve their mutual enjoyment, diversify their relative position and enhance their capability to excite each other during sexual intercourse.

[004] In order to do that, different beds and bed designs have been presented during the years. For example, CN 2557023 provides a multifunctional sexual bed, comprising a support frame, a mattress, and a bed board, wherein said bed board is attached to the frame with a swing mechanism, enabling its free swinging. CN 102406367 discloses a relation double bed, characterized in that its surface is divided into a left and right bed surfaces; wherein a hinge device, located at the middle between said left and right surfaces, can either lift or lower the middle of the bed, thus separating or bringing closer (respectively) the two partners laying thereon. CN 2543427 relates to a multi-function intercourse bed comprising a supporting rack and a mattress which is spliced by a plurality of plates. The lower parts of at least three plates are provided with supporting mechanisms which can lift the plates to a desired height.

[005] Other attempts to improve the pleasure from intercourse and love paly can be found, e.g., in US 2012/0145164 describing an independent support unit configured to support the body weight of the sex partners while providing gripping possibilities and different positioning. US 5,121,516 provides an adjustable footboard attached to the bed. W0 2006/081064 provides an inflatable sex-support unit for a mattress comprising of bladders that are stowed away in layers of bedspread and foams, and that inflate to (i) elevate and support the back area including the buttocks; and (ii) to elevate and support the left and right legs in a wide spread posture.

[006] However, none of the above designs seems to be satisfactory. On the other hand, the presently invented sexual bed (SLB) with its embedded sexual electrically elevation device (SED) overcomes all the disadvantages of the prior art beds, provides novel capabilities and is intended to help and satisfy this important long felt need.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

[007] The present invention provides a sexual bed (SLB) designed to enhance the pleasure of love making and intercourse, comprising: (a) a sleeping bed assembly; (b) at least one mattress segment; and (c) a sexual electrically elevation device (SED) segment, wherein said SED is suitable for elevating and positioning a user's body in any desired height, angle and position, and when said SED segment is not elevated, it is embraced by said at least one mattress segment to form one unite sleeping area. The SLB of the invention is suitable for both (i) regular sleeping when said SED is not elevated, and (ii) various intercourse or love play positioning options when elevating said SED.

[008] The present invention also provides a sexual mattress (SLM) (50) designed to enhance intercourse pleasure, comprising a mattress segment and a sexual elevation device (SED) segment embedded therewithin, wherein said SLM can be placed upon any surface, including an existing bed, and wherein said SED is suitable for elevating and positioning a user's body or pelvis in any desired height, angle and position, and when said SED segment is not elevated, it is embraced by said mattress segment to form one unite sleeping area, and wherein said SLM is suitable for both (i) regular sleeping when said SED is not elevated, and (ii) various intercourse and love play positioning options when elevating said SED.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

[0020] The primary invention is a sexual bed (SLB) comprising a sexual mechanical elevation device (SED) embedded therewithin, as well as a sexual mattress (SLM) comprising said SED. The SLB of the invention enables the users to have a more sensual, exciting and joyful sexual activity.

[0021] The SLB of the invention includes an electrical driven mechanism, and is designed to use as a regular, and per its originally designed, sleeping bed. In addition, the SLB provides an additional hidden function that can be instantly used on demand when users wish to begin love making and sexual activity. This means that there is no need for any prior preparations of the SLB when starting love making or intercourse, and that there is no need to do any special or complicated post-act steps to bring the bed back to its sleeping orientation, as in the prior art references, such as CN 2557023 and CN 2543427. This means that the SLB of the invention can easily, and without any prior preparations can transforms from a sleeping bed into a love making bed and vice versa. One partner, during the love activity, positions the other partner on the SED, and any one of the partners can then determine the desired height, angle and possibly movement pattern of said SED in order to get the most exciting and pleasuring position for at least one of said partners, preferably for both. The height (hi and h2) and angle (a) of the adjustable SED can be changed any time to any new position per users' desire during the love play, without stopping or interfering with the joyful activities. Users can change their positions and adopt upper or lower positions and continuously adjust the SED each time to a new desired position. At the end of the sexual activities, the users can easily bring the SED back to its stowed/closed position and the SLB turns back to its original sleeping bed function.

[0022] The height (hi and h2) of the SED can be adjusted according to the users comfort and can be fixed to any desired height from 0 to about 50, to about 60, or to about 70 cm from the surface of the mattress. Alternatively, the height can be tuned during intercourse or love play according to users preferences.

[0023] The SLB of the invention is used to enhance the couple's excitement and enjoyment from sexual activity, to aid when user's muscles get fatigue, and/or to aid various partners with physical limitations. The SLB of the invention can also aid disabled users to achieve a more joyful sex life. Accordingly, one embodiment of the invention is a SLB for use in aiding individuals in need thereof to conduct intercourse, wherein said needed individuals comprise: pregnant women, obese individuals, disabled individuals, amputees, or any other individual that encounters physical difficulties to conduct intercourse or love play.

[0024] The SLB and SLM of the invention provide an added and unique joyful function to a regular sleeping bed without interfering with its regular original use, i.e. sleeping.

[0025] The SLB of the invention as illustrated in the figures includes a Sexual Elevated Device (SED) as an integral part of the bed frame (12). The accompanying figures illustrate only a few examples of how the users can use the SLB of the invention in various relative positions between each other to get the maximum excitement and joyful love games and sexual intercourse, and should not be considered as limiting in any way. The SLB with its embedded SED provides the required rigidness and stable position of the SED and the users laying thereon at all positions, heights, angles and modes of operation. The SLB of the invention can include two "L" shaped mattresses (16 and 18) (see e.g. Figs. 1A and 2A) or a mattress with a "hole" (as illustrated in Fig. 4). When the SED is at a folded position, the upper surface of said mattress(s) and the upper surface od said cushioned SED form one plane of the bed for comfortable use as a regular bed (Fig. IB).

[0026] According to one embodiment of the invention, the mattress segment comprises one "U" shaped mattress or two mirrored "L" shaped mattresses forming together a "U" shaped mattress platform, and wherein said body bench SED segment (3) completes the opening in said "U" shape to make a full whole sleeping area. Alternatively, said mattress segment comprises a single mattress with a hole in the middle or at least two mattresses forming together a mattress platform with a hole in the middle, wherein said pelvis bench SED segment (5) completes said hole to make a full whole sleeping area. Examples of such two mattresses may be, e.g. two "C" shaped mattresses; two opposite "L" shaped mattresses; and one "C" shaped mattress and one "I" shaped mattress, etc. An example of a three mattresses combination may be, e.g. two opposite "L" shaped mattresses and an "I" mattress.

[0027] According to one embodiment, the SLB of the invention consists of a SED, a sleeping bed, and at least one mattress. When at stowed (closed) position, the SLB external shape and appearance does not differ from any regular sleeping bed with an embedded narrow cushioned bench or square in the middle (Figs. 1A and 2A, respectively). The SLB of the invention provides the additional added functions for the different sexual activities enabling the required most sensible relative position of the users. It can also help the users to overcome various body limitations such as: weight, volume, shape, muscle strength capability, disability, etc. The SLB and SED embedded therein provide the users maximum sensible, exciting, and joyful sexual activities.

[0028] According to another embodiment of the invention, the SLB comprises (a) a sleeping bed assembly with at least one mattress segment; and (b) a sexual electrically elevation device (SED) segment, wherein said at least one mattress segment does not cover the entire bed area, wherein said SED is suitable for elevating and positioning a user's body in various heights and different angles, and when said SED segment is not elevated, it is embraced by said at least one mattress segment and form one unite sleeping area, and wherein said SLB is suitable for both (i) regular sleeping when said SED is not elevated, and (ii) various intercourse or love play positioning options when elevating said SED.

[0030] A representative SLB and SED according to an embodiment of the invention is presented in Fig. 1: The SED consist of three main portions: a SED base (2), a single unit elevated cushioned bench SED (3) and one, two or more elevation mechanism (4).

[0031] The user can elevate the bench SED (3) horizontally or elevate only one side thereof: the pelvis (bottom) side (8) or the head side (9), to the required height (hi and h2) and angle (a). Entering into an elevated position from a regular stowed position does not require any preliminary preparation to the SLB. The user can instantly and continuously change the height (hi and h2) or angle (a) of the bench SED (3) during the sexual activity, at any time and to any new desired position without interfering with the ongoing love activities.

[0032] Accordingly, in another embodiment of the invention, the SED enables adjusting the position of the user's body in a continuous manner by smoothly changing the height (hi and h2) and angle (a) of the SED during intercourse or love play, and wherein said adjustment can be done without interrupting or pausing the ongoing intercourse or love play.

[0033] The size of the SED is designed to support and elevate the users bodies, as well as to be comfortable, and non-interfering when embedded in its folded (stowed) position in the SLB. The upper section of the SED includes a single unit plate frame and a cushion to provide a comfortable layer to the user (for example similar to the mattress top layer). The SED is designed that when at folded (closed) position its upper surface is brought to the same level of the upper surface of the mattress, to form one surface with no, or minimal, interfering grooves or disturbing protrusions, from the mattress top surface.

[0034] In an embodiment, the upper section of the bench SED (3) of the invention is a single narrow plate located at the top (head) section of the SLB, having a width of from about 15 cm to about 40 cm, from about 15 cm to about 30 cm, or from about 20 cm to about 25 cm, and a length of from about 1 third of the SLB to about 2 thirds of the SLB, including about half of the SLB.

[0036] The SED is elevated by at least one special elevation mechanism (4), which is equipped with electrically controlled motors and supporting mechanism(s). The elevation mechanism (4) enables to elevate each side of the bench (8 and 9) separately or together. The elevation mechanism (4) is designed to elevate and stably hold the laying users accumulated weight. Accordingly, the SED base (2), the elevation mechanism (4), and the SLB (11) and its frame (12), provide the necessary stable support to the users. The design of the SLB of the present invention enables such a stable and rigid support to the users when used in all modes of operation (static, dynamic, user self-movements, etc.). The stable support is designed for all elevated positions. The elevation and support mechanism could use any known mechanical mechanism such as scissors, gear motors, threaded shafts, worm transmission, belt transmission as used in existing relevant manufacturing features and technologies, etc. The motors used in the SLB of the invention can be any suitable known motors such as electrical, hydraulic, gear motors as is regularly used in existing electrically driven beds features and technologies, etc. The elevation mechanism and motors provide the required use of the SLB at both static and dynamic modes of operation. For better understanding of the elevation mechanism, one can imagine a car jack operated by electrical gear motor and includes a folded mechanical mechanism to provide the necessary rigidness and comfortable positioning of the elevated section of the SED for the users. The SED may also include a flexible or stretchable protection cover (14) which is hooked to the SED and prevents things from falling from the mattress top plane into the SED volume. The protection cover also helps from unwanted dirt to come out from the SED area to the mattress top plane. [0037] In an embodiment, the SLB of the invention has several different functions, including: a static SED mode, which positions one partner in the most convenient sensible and exciting orientation, while all sexual movements are carried out by both partners using their own muscles; and a dynamic SED mode, in which some, if not all, sexual movements are carried out by the SLB and SED.

[0038] It should be noted that the term "partner" refers to both male and female, and the term "partners" may include two or more persons of the same sex or any combination of male(s) and female(s).

[0039] In the static mode of operation, the SED elevates and tilts the users' body to the most required sensible relative position to each other. An electrical elevation mechanism is used to elevate each side of the SED (bench or pelvis) to the required height (hi and hi) and angle (a) (see Figs. 1C, 2B, 3 and 5-9) to create the most sensible position between the users. Users can continuously change position and relative location between each other during their ongoing sexual activities with no interference or stoppage. In the static mode of operation all sexual or other relative movements of the users are conducted by the users themselves using their own muscles.

[0040] In the dynamic mode of operation, the users positioning is identical to that in the static mode. However, the SED includes at least one additional movement capability such as: vibration, axial (vertical horizontal) translation motion, rotation and others, and any combination thereof. The SED, together with the partner laying thereon, moves according to user's desire (32) and shifts positions by at least one rotating mechanism and/or movement motor (30) attached to the elevated area of said SED. In this dynamic mode, some, if not all, of the sexual movements are conducted by the SED axial translation rotation instead of, or in addition to, the user's muscles. This has the advantage of freeing the user's hands for other activities. An additional advantage of this dynamic mode SED is its ability to help needed or handicapped people to perform, enjoy and/or enhance their enjoyment during sexual activity. The SLB of the invention, when used in dynamic mode, positions one partner in the most sensible and exiting position and turn him or her into a live vibrator or sex machine. Fig. ID illustrates one embodiment of the SLB of the invention, which includes a possible dynamic mode. In this version, the SED includes an additional rotating/shifting and/or vibrating mechanism (30) which is attached to the SED to provide the desired movements (32), such as up/down, forward/backward, sideways, and any combination thereof. Alternatively, the SED can include a local vibrating mechanism (17), which is attached to the elevated section of said SED.

[0041] Both static and dynamic SED modes of the SLB of the invention are controlled by a dedicated control panel (22) which is either connected to the SED via a wire, or is wireless to provide more flexibility to the users. In one embodiment, the users use the control panel (22) to set each side (8 and 9) of the bench SED at the required height (hi and h2) and angle (a), and can manually and continuously determine and change the height and angle of the bench SED. Alternatively, users can program the SED to perform a series of pre-determined movements (32), angles and/or location-shifting, at predetermined speeds and repeats.

[0042] For better understanding the flexibility of SLB use, Figs. 5-8 illustrate possible uses of SED where either only the pelvis side of the bench (8) is elevated to a desired position supporting the pelvis position, or both sides of the bench are horizontally elevated to provide the desired position and support.

[0043] According to one embodiment, the SED of the invention can be designed with additional features providing at least one required movement thereto, such as: vibration (17), rotation and/or axial translations (32) or any combination thereof, which allow moving the laying person in different directions and/or agitate said person, thus enabling to conduct intercourse without straining the muscles. This is the dynamic derivative of the static SED. Dynamic SED includes the static module but also includes vibrating, rotating and/or shifting mechanism with its dedicated motors (30). This additional vibrating, rotating and/or shifting mechanism connects between the underside of the bench (3) or pelvis (5) SED and the SED base (2), to provide the required movements (32) to the SED. The vibrating axial translation movement and rotating mechanism(s) (30) can be designed to be operated at a fixed rate, speed and amplitude, or at variable rate, speed or amplitude. It can also be manually controlled by operating a control panel (22). The vibrating, rotating and/or shifting mechanism (30) is designed and built from suitable subassemblies and materials to operate smoothly and quietly during dynamic mode of operation.

[0044] According to a specific embodiment, the movement option of the dynamic elevated bench SED (3) is not provided to the whole bench SED (3) but rather to the pelvis side (8). A dedicated vibrator (17) may be integrated into the pelvis side on the bench to vibrate the pelvis area of the laying user. This local vibrator (17) can be operated by electrical connection to the SLB or by a separate power source installed in the vibrator module itself. Figs. 5 and 6 present two examples of the SLB of the invention in which only the user's pelvis laying thereon is elevated. Both examples include the possibility to incorporate at least one movement mechanism to provide the dynamic mode capability.

[0045] Fig. 2 illustrates another SLB according to the invention with a pelvis SED (5) embedded therein. Fig. 2A is a top view of said SLB with a pelvis SED (5). In this example, two "L" shaped mattresses (16 and 18) are located at both sides of the pelvis SED (5). Alternatively, a single mattress with a hole in the middle can be used. When at folded position, the pelvis SED (5) has all the relevant noninterference properties as detailed above. Fig. 2B illustrates the pelvis SED (5) at an elevated position, presenting the pelvis elevation and support mechanism (4). In this example, the pelvis bench (5) is attached to a single elevation mechanism (4) via a flexible joint (21) to allow the pelvis bench to be freely tilted to its natural position determined by the user back during elevation to the required height. When at elevated position, the pelvis bench (5), the elevation mechanism (4) which is attached to the SLB frame (12), and the SLB itself, provide strength, rigidness, stability, etc., similar to the characteristics detailed above. Other properties, such as cushion, protection cover, etc., similar to those detailed above, are also relevant to the pelvis SED (5).

Additional SLB and SED embodiments

[0046] In an embodiment, the SLB of the invention may have a face opening groove. Fig. 7 illustrates an example where one user is laying face-down during intercourse, massage or love play, or a combination thereof. The elevated bench SED (3) is equipped with a dedicated face opening (34) allowing comfortable breathing to the faced-down laying user, thereby eliminating the need to turn the laying person's head in an uncomfortable angle. The face opening (34) design can be a fix opening that can be attached and slide out from the bench SED (3). Alternatively, said face opening can be easily adjusted and designed for a zippering approach which will be an integral part of the bench head side (9). At the zippering approach, the opening in the bench SED (3) is easily opened to the required length only when using the SED at the face-down position, and can be easily closed after use.

[0047] In another embodiment, the SLB of the invention may be equipped with a gripping unit/apparatus (36). This unit may be fixed or foldable, and is design to help and support the users during intercourse or love play. The gripping unit (36) is designed to provide maximum support and stability during intercourse or other love activity. This unit may be used together with the SED of the invention or without it. In addition, although the gripping unit (36) may help mainly at a seated position, it should be understood that it can be used in many other sexual positions and activities.

[0048] In another embodiment, the SLB of the invention may have a local bench vibrator (17) enabling to agitate the user's pelvis to further increase the intercourse pleasure. This feature can be added, e.g., to the pelvis SED (5) or to the bench SED (3) at its pelvis area (8), and can be used for additional local excitement of the sensible points of area for the male or female. This vibrator (17) can be operated by an electrical connection to the SLB or by a separate power source, such as batteries.

[0049] An additional embodiment of the SLB of the invention is a flexible elevation head cushion (40). This cushion (40) can be added to the head side (9) of the bench SED (3) to provide additional comfort to the laying partner and/or to help position the laying user's head (and mouth) closer to an excitement region of the second partner during the sexual activities (see Fig. 3).

[0050] According to another embodiment, the SLB of the invention further comprises cranks, holes, dents or grooves (38) in the mattress section suitable for the user's feet or heels. The grooves (38) are designed to provide a good support to the user during intercourse or love play. The groove support (38) provides anti-slippering support, and used mainly when the user applies a force towards the mattress when trying to elevate or move the pelvis up. The anti-slippering support is even more important when the sheet fabric is very slippery.

[0051] According to yet another embodiment, the SLB of the invention further comprises a dedicated rigid legs supporter (39) located under the bench or pelvis SED platform. When the SED is closed, said supporter (39) is hidden with no interference to the users. When the bench (3) or pelvis (5) SED is elevated by the user, the legs supporter (39) can pop out automatically or electrically on command, or can be manually opened. This foldable rigid legs supporter (39) is used to locate one partner's legs at a desired position and to provide an anti-slippering force and/or counter force support to the legs of the laying partner during intercourse activities or any other love play movements.

[0052] According to another embodiment, the invention provides a sexual mattress (50) (SLM) that can be installed in a regular sleeping bed or placed on any flat and stable surface, thereby turning the bed to a SLB. The SLM of the invention is equipped with a dedicated axial elevation and/or vibration mechanism (44) embedded into the mattress (see Fig. 4). The mechanism is located under the top cover of the mattress in the pelvis area. The mechanism (44) is designed to elevate the user's pelvis and/or to provide the desired sexual movements such as vertical, rotational, and/or vibration, etc. The vibration mechanism is electrically operated and, similarly to the SLB of the invention, controlled by using a control panel (22). SLM can be fabricated in a variety of sizes and shapes by any good mattress manufacturer. SLM can be marketed as a standalone or together with a compatible sleeping bed. When marketed as a standalone it could be designed to be compatible with existing sleeping beds in the market. If necessary an adaptation kit could be designed for each existing relevant bed, to modify it as an improved sex bed. This adaptation kit for each desired sleeping bed is considered part of the invention.

[0053] The design of the SLM of the present invention enables a stable and rigid support to the users when used in all modes of operation (such as static and dynamic) and all elevated positions. The elevation and support mechanism in the SLM could use any known mechanical mechanism such as scissors, gear motors, threaded shafts, worm transmission, belt transmission as used in existing relevant manufacturing features and technologies, etc. The motors used in the SLM of the invention can be any suitable known motors such as electrical, hydraulic, gear motors as is regularly used in existing electrically driven beds features and technologies, etc. The elevation mechanism and motors provide the required use of the SLM at both static and dynamic modes of operation.
