Abstract:
Provided are a shadow mask assembly and a method for reusing same. The shadow mask assembly comprises a shadow mask membrane (10) and a frame body (20), wherein the frame body (20) comprises an outer wall (204) and an inner wall (202) arranged opposite each other, and a binding face (206) connecting the outer wall (204) and the inner wall (202); the binding face (206) is attached to the shadow mask membrane (10); the binding face (206) comprises a non-coplanar welding area (2064) and a tiling area (2062), the welding area (2064) being located between the tiling area (2062) and the outer wall (204); and the frame body (20) fixes the edge of the shadow mask membrane (10) by means of a welding spot (30) provided in the welding area (2064), and the tiling area (2062) is located between the welding area (2064) and the inner wall (202) to support the shadow mask membrane (10) and keep the shadow mask membrane (10) planar. One-step grinding and polishing of all the welding spots (30) of the welding area (2064) after the shadow mask membrane (10) is replaced multiple times decreases the number of times that the welding spots (30) are polished, and improves the flatness of the shadow mask membrane (10).
