The content of the present disclosure discloses a shaft end power generation device, a bogie, and a railway vehicle. The shaft end power generation device comprises a coupling (7) and a generator (4) that is provided with an inner rotor (502); the coupling (7) is disposed at an end portion of a wheelset assembly and is connected to the wheelset assembly and the inner rotor (502) of the generator (4); and the coupling (7) is movably connected to the inner rotor (502) of the generator (4) by means of a clamping structure, the clamping structure comprising a clamping shaft and a clamping groove that is sleevingly mounted on the clamping shaft, and the clamping groove being in axial and radial clearance fit with the clamping shaft. Using the technical solution of an open-type clearance fit between the generator (4) and the coupling (7) as described in the content of the present disclosure, the axial and radial displacement of a shaft end is eliminated by the fit clearance, which can effectively protect the generator (4), and a buffer is present between the generator (4) and a wheel shaft, ensuring the performance and reliability of the generator (4).
