Abstract:
A shaft-mounted brake disc device for a railway vehicle comprises: a disc body (1), a hub (2), a spacer ring (3), an elastic sleeve (4), and a fastener (5). An inner wall of the disc body (1) is provided with a disc body connection claw (1-1), and each disc body connection claw (1-1) is provided with a connection claw bolt hole. A front side of the hub (2) is provided with a flange (2-2), and the flange (2-2) is provided with a first fastener hole corresponding to the connection claw bolt hole. The spacer ring (3) is spaced apart from the flange (2-2) to hold the disc body connection claw (1-1), and the spacer ring (3) is provided with a second fastener hole corresponding to the connection claw bolt hole. The elastic sleeve (4) is disposed in the connection claw bolt hole. The fastener (5) passes through the first fastener hole, an inner hole (4-1) of the elastic sleeve (4), and the second fastener hole to fix the disc body (1) onto the hub (2).
