Abstract:
A shaft tube joint structure of a drive shaft, comprising an extension tube (11), a shaft tube (2), a convex tube (3), a concave tube (4), an inner adhesive ring (7) and an outer adhesive ring (8); the extension tube and the shaft tube abut each other; the convex tube is inserted in the extension tube and the shaft tube at the abutting position therebetween, and an inner seam (5) having a variable gap size distribution is formed in the axis direction; and the concave tube is sleeved on the extension tube and the shaft tube at the abutting position therebetween, and an outer seam (6) having a variable gap size distribution is formed in the axis direction. The inner seam and the outer seam are respectively filled with the inner adhesive ring and the outer adhesive ring, so that the extension tube and the shaft tube are connected to each other, and the inner adhesive ring and the outer adhesive ring are fully used to simultaneously transmit a power torque, improving the power torque bearing capability of the shaft tube joint structure of a drive shaft.
