Title:
SHAFT FOR VEHICLE SUN VISOR
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2012/133139
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The present invention is provided with: an L-shaped fixed-side shaft (10) in which a proximal end is fixed to the ceiling surface of a vehicle interior; a rod-shaped pivoting shaft (20) pivotably linked to a free end of the fixed-side shaft (10), and adapted to pivot together with a sun visor; and a leaf-spring member (30) for holding a stationary state using a palpable click at pre-set pivot angles when the pivoting shaft (20) pivots. Such a structure allows the fixed-side shaft (10) having a complicated L-shaped configuration to be disassociated from the function for keeping the sun visor stationary at a desired pivot angle. Therefore, the fixed-side shaft can be used in any type of vehicle, and changing the position at which the sun visor is held stationary in different vehicle types can be achieved merely by replacing the pivoting shaft (20) having a simple rod-shaped configuration.
