Abstract:
The present invention provides a shaft vibration hydraulic vibration damper-combined flexible coupling. The shaft vibration hydraulic vibration damper-combined flexible coupling according to the present invention is technically characterized in that it can both damp twisting vibration of a driving shaft, such as a crankshaft of an engine, and reduce vibration and noise of a following shaft; it integrates the damper and the coupling using a simple configuration, thereby facilitating manufacture and installation, and simultaneously improves economic merits and functionality; it constantly maintains oil pressure, even when damping oil is not supplied from the outside, and performs a normal damping function; and it guarantees variable and smooth transmission and absorption of torque and absorption of vibration. A shaft vibration hydraulic vibration damper-combined flexible coupling according to the present invention comprises: a driving structure having the shape of a disk body, a driving shaft being coupled to the center portion thereof and configured to rotate integrally, the driving structure having an installation space formed between the center portion and a peripheral portion and a plurality of fixing recesses formed along circumferences of the outer peripheral surface of the center portion and the inner peripheral surface of the peripheral portion; a plurality of leaf springs arranged radially in the installation space such that both ends thereof are positioned in respective fixing recesses formed on the center portion and the peripheral portion of the driving structure; a plurality of inertial mass bodies arranged in respective split spaces of the installation space formed radially by the leaf springs; a following shaft coupling ring, to which the plurality of inertial mass bodies are connected, and to which a following shaft is coupled and configured to rotate integrally; damping oil filling the installation space in which the inertial mass bodies are arranged; and a cover plate having the shape of a disk body coupled to the driving structure, the cover plate sealing the installation space, in which the inertial mass bodies are arranged, thereby preventing the damping oil from leaking.
