Abstract:
A shafting structure of a ball bearing of a self-lubricating turbocharge. The turbocharge comprises a bearing seat (11), a compressor volute (12), an oil seal cover (13), a turbine case (14), a rotor shaft (15), an impeller (16) and a back plate assembly, wherein the back plate assembly comprises a back plate (181) fitted to the compressor volute (12), the turbine case (14) is connected to the compressor volute (12), the periphery of the bearing seat (11) is embedded into an air inlet of the compressor volute (12), an oil storage cavity (2) is formed between the oil seal cover (13), the bearing seat (11) and the compressor volute (12) and has an internal pressure balanced with an ambient pressure. The shafting structure comprises a sleeve portion (111) arranged on a central axis of the bearing seat (11), the rotor shaft (15) and the impeller (16) are assembled and inserted into the sleeve portion (111) to form a bearing seat cavity with an inner wall of the sleeve portion, a bearing assembly is arranged on a shaft section of the rotor shaft (15) that is inserted into the sleeve portion (111), and a channel (5) for delivering lubricating oil is provided between the bearing seat cavity and the oil storage cavity (2). By providing the oil storage cavity and the channel and by virtue of micro negative pressure environment in the bearing seat cavity, the lubricating oil is automatically delivered along the channel, thereby realising self-lubricating of the shafting structure.
