Abstract:
A shape memory alloy wire welding assembly, comprising at least one group of welding ends. Each group of welding ends comprises a first electrode and a second electrode, wherein the first electrode and the second electrode are vertically arranged opposite each other or are arranged in parallel. After the first electrode and the second electrode act on a metal pad and an SMA wire, a discharge current is applied between the first electrode and the second electrode, so as to fix the metal pad to the SMA wire by means of welding. The welding process is simple, and has a low difficulty; the requirements for materials are low; the welding and electric connection effects are good; and the service life of the SMA wire is prolonged. Further disclosed in the present application are a shape memory alloy wire welding method and a shape memory alloy wire fixedly-welded product.
