Abstract:
This shape-memory sheet comprises an inorganic-oxide-particle-containing silicone/acrylic hybrid resin composition that has an inorganic-oxide-particle part (a), a polysiloxane resin part (b), and an acrylic resin part (c) and contains either: a cross-linked structure (P1) in which the polysiloxane resin part (b) is cross-linked to both the inorganic-oxide-particle part (a) and the acrylic resin part (c) via chemical bonds; or both such a cross-linked structure (P1) and an acrylic resin (P2) that is not cross-linked to the polysiloxane resin. The ratio between the combined weight of the inorganic-oxide-particle part (a) and the polysiloxane resin part (b) and the combined weight of the acrylic resin part (c) and the acrylic resin (P2) is between 1:99 and 50:50, inclusive. This shape-memory sheet exhibits a heat tolerance comparable to acrylic resins while also exhibiting flexibility and strength comparable to urethane films.
