Abstract:
The present invention relates to a shape profile measuring device using a line beam. The device comprises: a device housing having an inner space and including a light output port and a light input port which are formed on one side part thereof; a line beam module mounted in the device housing to output a line beam such that the surface of an object to be measured is irradiated therewith through the light output port; a bi-prism having first and second light incident surfaces inclined symmetrically about an optical axis with respect to a light emitting surface and mounted in the light output port, the bi-prism allowing a line beam emitted from the line beam module to be incident on the first and second incident surfaces, refracted, and then emitted from the light emitting surface to generate side line beams so that the surface of the object to be measured is irradiated with the side line beams; and a camera mounted in the device housing to receive light reflected from the surface of the object to be measured, through the light input port.
