Abstract:
Disclosed is a shaped charge ultrasound atomization device, comprising an outer housing (01), a conical inner cavity (02), a connecting piece (03), an upper cover body (04), a metal substrate (05), a piezoelectric ceramic piece (06), a fixed seat (07) and a bottom cap (08). The conical inner cavity (02) extends upwards inside the outer housing (01) to outside the upper portion of the outer housing (01). The connecting piece (03) is sleeved on the upper end of the conical inner cavity (02). The upper cover body (04) is connected onto the connecting piece (03). The metal substrate (05) and the piezoelectric ceramic piece (06) are disposed in sequence at the bottom of the conical inner cavity (02). The fixed seat (07) is disposed below the piezoelectric ceramic piece (06), and is used for accommodating the metal substrate (05), the piezoelectric ceramic piece (06) and the conical inner cavity (02). The bottom cap (08) is connected with the outer housing (01), and is sleeved onto the fixed seat (07) for accommodating the fixed seat (07). The bottom cap (08) is provided with a first electrode (09) and a second electrode (10) that are connected with the piezoelectric ceramic piece (06) respectively.
