CLAIMS - A shaped pouch production machine developed to be used in the production of pouches used in sectors and areas that require special pouches such as jewellery, textile, bijouterie and toy shops, characterized in that it contains

- bobbin binding (1 ), which is the place where the material is connected with the brakes in it and which enables to fix the bobbins on the lower layer, and

- second floor bobbin binding (2), which enables to fix the bobbins on the second layer with the brakes in it and thus provides double-layered binding,

- the edge control unit (3), which ensures that the product stays in the center by reading with a photocell so that the films moving on the machine go straight and the car inside it moves left and right,

- cover tape apparatus (4), which enables the pouch to be closed by pressing on the pouch when the roller comes on the tape, pressing on it,

- profile lock apparatus (5), which allows the pouch to be inserted between the two lock jaws and join on both sides and pass the lock on it to the pouch,

- the edge welding piston (7), which provides the physical pressure required for welding by moving up and down on the pouch coming from the tension control dancer (6),

- after the welding jaws are connected to the unit from their center points, a shaped wide welding unit (9) that allows welding the outer edges of the pouch with the resistances placed in the aluminum body,

- servo pullers that ensure that the pouches do not come wrinkled or stretched (11 ,13,16) with the servo controls and rollers,

- shaped cutting blade unit (12), which enables to yield the final product by cutting with the help of blades from the outer frame of the welding made in the shaped wide welding unit (9),

- separator pushing unit (14), which enables to separate the product from the material by pushing it with a pneumatic cylinder and leave it on the conveyor,

- product exit conveyor unit (15), which is the place on which the separator pushing unit (14) leaves the final product, - cold cut guillotine blade (17), which allows cutting the product with blades in straight cutting works by connecting a flat welding jaw to the shaped cutting units,

- exit conveyor (18) that ensures the transfer of the final product to the exit. - The edge welding piston (7) according to claim 1 , characterized in that it contains a sonic welding (7.1 ), which is located under the piston and sends a sound wave to the place where the lock ends, which provides welding and closing the pouch.

TECHNICAL FIELD

The invention relates to a shaped pouch production machine developed to be used in the production of pouches used in sectors and areas that require special pouches such as jewellery, textile, bijouterie and toy shops.

BACKGROUND ART

As you can access in the link of https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VDva- XAmZMo, which is in the state of the art, the article of the invention is approximately 18 meters long. It is quite heavy and therefore requires a lot of time and effort for its maintenance, repair and troubleshooting. As it occupies a lot of space, the cost of space also increases.

In the state of the art, it is required to use a large number of resistances in the machines used. Using a large number of resistors and high capacity motors means that the machine consumes a lot of energy, which naturally increases the electricity costs.

Another problem that is desired to be solved in the state of the art is that at least 2 people need to work in the existing machines, and on average, 3-4 people should work at the machine since the machine is long and consists of too many parts and areas.

Another problem to be solved in the state of the art is that the waste rate in the pouches is very high. In addition, since the existing machines work in the hot-cold- hot-cold logic and water is required for the cooling units, a lot of water is used to cool the machine.

In conclusion, the abovementioned shortcomings and the inadequacy of the current practice entail an improvement in the respective technical field. Thus, there is a need for an invention to overcome the described problems. DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

The present invention relates to a shaped pouch production machine developed to be used in the production of pouches used in sectors and areas that require special pouches such as jewellery, textile, bijouterie and toy shops, in order to eliminate the disadvantages mentioned above and bring new advantages to the related technical field.

The aim of the invention is to develop a machine to produce shaped pouches in various forms and shapes according to customer demands, with its unique working principle.

Another aim of the invention is to reduce labor costs considerably. It will be enough for 1 worker to work on this machine. Also, the waste rate is very low in the invention.

Another aim of the invention is to provide an advantage in terms of the space and therefore the costs of the space it occupies, as the article of the invention is approximately 8 meters.

Another aim of the invention is to provide an obvious energy saving with a low motor power and by using less number of resistors. The invention also saves water as it works without water.

Thanks to the invention, the pouches produced using sonic welding (especially used in the food field) are airtight and this keeps the food fresh.

In the shaped pouch production machine of the invention, there are production alternatives with bellows, bands, locks, snap fasteners or velcro fasteners.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

The preferred alternatives of the embodiments of shaped pouch producing machine innovation of the invention, which are mentioned in this detailed description, are only intended for providing a better understanding of the subject- matter, and should not be construed in any restrictive sense.

The invention relates to a shaped pouch production machine, as seen in Figure 1 and Figure 2, containing bobbin binding (1 ), second layer bobbin binding (2), edge control unit (3), cover tape apparatus (4), profile locking apparatus (5), tension control dancer (6), edge welding plunger (7), sonic welding (7.1), first elevator (8), shaped wide welding unit (9), second elevator (10), first servo puller (11), shaped cutting blade unit (12), second servo puller (13), separator pushing unit (14), product exit conveyor unit (15), third servo puller (16), cold guillotine blade (17) and exit conveyor (18).

Bobbin brakes of bobbin binding (1 ) and second layer bobbin binding (2) are extremely important in terms of keeping the material in a stable tension in the machine. This tension is controlled by the brakes in the bobbin binding (1). In preferred embodiment of the invention, bobbin binding (1) unit allows double binding of film bobbins of various raw materials with 1000 mm diameter and 700 mm width in single bobbin binding (1 ), 500 mm diameter and 700 mm width in second layer bobbin binding (2). These dimensions cannot be limited. Thanks to this double bobbin binding (1 ) feature, material of the upper and lower layers of the shaped cut packaging pouches to be produced can be selected freely. Bobbin binding (1) can be considered as the lower layer, and the second layer bobbin binding (2) as the upper layer, where one or more materials can be used. Examples: It allows the use of materials such as transparent laminated, graphic printed laminated, windowed laminated materials in the upper layer and laminated paper, cardboard, fabric, aluminum, metallized, etc. materials in the lower layer and manufacturing high-level tactile and visual products. The place where these two bobbins are present is where the materials are connected.

Edge control unit (3) is the unit that enables the single bobbin or double bobbin films moving on the machine to move in a straight line with the desired sensitivity. This unit continuously reads the defined edge of the bobbin with the photocell eye and moves the bobbin group to the required direction, preventing the film from slipping on the machine. It goes left and right with the car inside and keeps the goods in the center.

Cover tape apparatus (4) is an apparatus added according to the customer's demand for the pouches produced with the cover tape. Customers, who put their products in the packages manufactured, can use pouches that can be closed properly by using cover tape, getting rid of unaesthetic appearances for example due to duct tape. The cover tape apparatus (4) used in the invention provides this possibility. The roller presses on the cover tape apparatus (4) and the tape comes on the apparatus and the tape adheres and closes the mouth of the pouch.

Profile locking apparatus (5), reclosable profile locks are a feature that is growing at an extraordinary rate in the packaging industry and preferred by consumers. This lock system, which allows them to repeatedly open and close the pouches of the products they buy, can be applied perfectly thanks to the jaws on the machine. In this way, magnificent products will be produced by using this lock in shaped cut packaging pouches, creating an noncompetitive difference in the market. Instead of the profile locking apparatus (5), snap fasteners and Velcro fasteners can also be used. The pouch is inserted between the locking apparatus (5) and two lock jaws are joined and the lock is installed from both sides. Tension control dancer (6) provides a permanent flow of the material moving as start-stop fashion before the place where the dancer is used. During the operations on the machine, the goods have to stop in some areas and move nonstop in others. This tension, which is used to control the gap formed in start-stop and constant flow, also keeps the tension of the goods stable between the pulling rollers and the bobbin brake unwinding the goods. The tension control dancer (6) is the system that keeps the tension and compensation under control in the stations that require stop-start and continuous flow during the operations of the film, which is unwound from the bobbins in a controlled manner thanks to the brakes.

Sonic welding (7.1 ), which is a high frequency plastic welding technology, is a welding unit that ensures that extra thicknesses in the material caused by the locking system and similar applications are quickly crushed, and that a stronger fusion of the area where the lock applied to the produced packaging begins and ends is provided. Due to the size difference of the products to be produced, the sonic group can be precisely adjusted in order to weld to the desired place within the minimum and maximum length range allowed by the machine. The sonic welding (7.1 ) closes the pouch by sending a sound wave to the end of the lock. The edge welding piston (7), on the other hand, moves up and down and exerts the necessary physical pressure to weld the pouch.

The first elevator (8) and the second elevator (10) are intended to reduce the distance between two adjacent processing stations to multiples of the pitch distance of the product. The machine pulls the product, which is unwound from the bobbins in a controlled manner, in the desired product size at precise measurement values with servo motor rollers. This measurement of the pulled product does not correspond to the fixed center measurements between the stations. Elevators (8,10) and roller group equalize the goods pitch with the fixed measure between the two stations by lengthening or shortening the path that the goods will travel from the previous station to the next station. The shaped wide welding unit (9), which gives the machine its name, is the unit that heat-welds the outer edges of the desired width in the dimensions and forms determined according to the order. Welding jaws, which are prepared according to customer demand, provide the opportunity to easily connect to the unit from the center points with holes of fixed dimensions. The surface where the molds are attached is heated by the resistances placed in the aluminum body, and thus the mold easily reaches the temperature to weld.

The machine pulls the size of the desired product accurately at precise values, with the help of the servo-controlled rollers. There are 3 pulling roller groups in the machine. These are the first servo puller (11 ), the second servo puller (13) and the third servo puller (14). It is important to pull the product, on which processes such as welding and cutting, are made on these rollers, in a straight and wrinkle- free fashion from the first process to the last process. Puller rollers are driven by the bottom roller, and the top roller offers the advantage of easy transfer of goods as pressure rollers with pneumatic control. Servo pullers ensure that the pouches do not come wrinkled or stretched (11 ,13,16).

Shaped cutting blade unit (12) is the unit that comes after the unit that heat-welds the outer edges of the desired width in the determined dimensions and forms and produces the final product by cutting from the outer frame of this welding. Blade jaws, which are prepared according to customer demand, provide the opportunity to easily connect to the unit from the center points with holes of fixed dimensions. The mold of each blade is different, cutting is done with individual blades. It does not cut 100 % of the pouch, but ensures that it is cut to a large extent. After this step, the separator pushes the final product in the pushing unit (14) to separate the product from the material with a pneumatic cylinder and leaves it on the conveyor.

Product exit conveyor unit (15) is the place where the product to be seperated by pushing it with a pneumatic cylinder, is left on it. This unit enables the final product to be taken out of the machine, either by stacking on a piece-by-piece basis or by moving one pitch for each product, with the precision of a stepper motor. Cold cut guillotine blade (17): The machine can also be used for flat-cut goods with locks, bellows, snap fasteners, cover tapes, etc., in the non-shape cut works. For this, straight work can be cut easily by connecting the flat welding jaw to the shaped cutting units of the multifunctional machine. In straight cutting works, the products are cut with this cold cut guillotine blade (17) to obtain the final product.

The machine uses this exit conveyor (18), which is at the forefront in straight cutting works other than shaped cutting. Thus, both shaped cuts and straight cut products can be produced on the same machine. The final product comes out of this exit conveyor (18).
