Abstract:
An I-shaped RFID radio-frequency chip connecting sheet, characterized by comprising a PET bottom film (20), wherein aluminum foil layers (41-44) are compounded on the PET bottom film (20), and the aluminum foil layers (41-44) are arranged into four parts, respectively comprising an upper aluminum foil layer (41), a lower aluminum foil layer (43) and two middle aluminum foil layers (42, 44), wherein the upper aluminum foil layer (41) and the lower aluminum foil layer (43) are of T-shaped structures, and are correspondingly arranged on the PET bottom film (20); the two middle aluminum foil layers (42, 44) are of rectangular structures, and are correspondingly arranged in the middle part of the PET bottom film (20); a lower end of the upper aluminum foil layer (41) is connected to a valid radio-frequency chip column foot (11); an upper end of the lower aluminum foil layer (43) is connected to another valid radio-frequency chip column foot (13); and the two middle aluminum foil layers (42, 44) are respectively connected to two invalid radio-frequency chip column feet (12, 14), thereby improving the production efficiency of electrically connecting a radio-frequency chip to a radio-frequency antenna. Moreover, the radio-frequency chip connecting sheet can be used for an antenna having a transversely opened radio-frequency resonant cavity, thereby making up for the deficiency that a tie knot type radio-frequency chip connecting sheet cannot be used for an antenna having a transverse opening.
