Provided is a shared storage battery management system that can use a shared storage battery fairly. The shared storage battery management system comprises: a shared storage battery usage application receiving unit which receives a shared storage battery usage application from each of a plurality of tenants; a storage unit which stores the usage status of the shared storage battery of each of the plurality of tenants; a schedule creation unit which when the times for which applications are made to use the shared storage battery of the plurality of tenants received by the shared storage battery usage application receiving unit overlap, determines a tenant to receive priority on the basis of the information stored in the storage unit about the usage status of the shared storage battery , and creates a schedule for the shared storage battery; and a shared storage battery control command unit which controls the shared storage battery on the basis of the schedule created by the schedule creation unit.
