Abstract:
Provided is a shared vehicle management device (100) for managing a plurality of shared vehicles that are used by a plurality of users, wherein the shared vehicle management device: acquires a lending request from a user; acquires state information of a shared vehicle; determines the necessity of managing the shared vehicle by employing the state information of the shared vehicle; determines whether to prohibit or permit the lending of the shared vehicle by employing the state information of the shared vehicle and the user's lending request; and, if it is determined that the necessity of managing the shared vehicle is greater than a predetermined reference value, selects, as a recommended destination, a facility provided with necessary equipment for managing the shared vehicle, and presents the recommended destination to the user.
