The present invention provides a shaver cartridge having an enhanced shaving effect, and a shaver using the same. To this end, a shaver cartridge is provided which comprises a housing, a shaving blade having an edge for cutting body hair provided in the housing and comprises a guard adjacent to the edge of the shaving blade, and in which the guard has a bottom plate adjacent to the edge of the shaving blade and has a plate-shaped resilient projection which protrudes from the bottom plate of which the surface area narrows progressively upwards. Consequently, the present invention provides the outstanding effect of close-pressing contact against the skin and is able to impart a soft feel when used.
