Title:
SHAYYISH ENGINE
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2018/222091
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
Shayyish Engine is different from all existing engines which are fuel-functioned that consume considerable energy. While Shayyish Engine operates without the need for external energy or fuel and is operated manually or by another engine, then the engine operates independently without the need for any external energy or fuel, contrary to the currently existing engines which stop working when the fuel or energy run out. Shayyish Engine is a gearbox, which is different from the usual gearbox which gives less speed with greater torque or greater speed with less torque, where Shayyish Engine has a totally different way of work, where it can produce torque greater than initial torque with rotational speed greater than initial rotational speed, therefore, we can connect both ends of movement axes (initial movement axes with final movement axes) by toothed levers make the movement permanent with both very high and surplus torque and speed. Shayyish Engine can be fastened to cars, trains, planes, ships, stations of electricity generation, all kinds of devices, from the biggest ones to the mobile charger, all that has to do with energy, and all depending on size and ability. Shayyish Engine can be manufactured from different materials have solidarity and strength depending on the necessity and the amount of torque and speed required.

Description:
DESCRIPTION

1) Background of The Invention of The Shayyish Engine

One of the main reasons that led to the invention of Shayyish Engine is to solve the problem of the growing demand for fossil fuels and other alternative energies. Also Shayyish Engine is considered as a final solution to the problem of energy required globally and of all its kinds (kinetic, electrical, and thermal), the three aforementioned energies derive their energy from three main sources, as follows:-

• Fossil Fuel Energy/ (petroleum products) which the most important problems are (high cost establishment, continuous operation cost, great environmental pollution, ongoing and costly maintenance, which does not meet the global energy deficit, unsustainable limited quantities).

• Solar and Wind Energy/ which the most important problems are

(high cost establishment, continuous operation cost, which does not meet the global energy deficit, which requires large areas and ideal conditions).

• Batteries Energy/ which the most important problems are (limited and few uses, limited efficiency, continuous high cost, environmental pollution, which does not meet the global energy deficit).

2) General description of Shayyish Engine

One of the most important advantages of Shayyish Engine is that its movement is constant without any external effect except for the initial and rotational movement that has speed and torque less than the resulting rotational motion with very big result, in addition to easiness and low cost in its manufacture with the fact that the engine is small that allows the use in less space to generate great energy which save large money for both the consumer and producer at the same time if it is used as an alternative to currently used engines which work by (Fossil fuel, solar and wind energy, batteries energy). In addition to that Shayyish Engine works w without any external fuel and without any waste materials that may pollute the environment. 3) A brief explanation of method of works of Shavvish Engine

When there is a mass (W) that requires moving, the simplest way is to take a stick that has sufficient resistance and certain length and installed it between the mass (W) which required to be moved and other fixed block (R) or anything that can be used as a fulcrum for the stick to moving the mass (W) as shown in figure (1).

W

Figure (1)

where less force can be used (F) to move the mass (W) when increasing the distance (D) from the fulcrum point (R) to the end of stick from side the force (F), or reduce the distance (d) from the fulcrum (R) to the stick end from the side the mass (W) as shown in relation and figure below(2).

NOTE / The friction and analysis of mass weight have been neglected, in addition to that they have nothing to do with the operation of the engine which will be clarified later.

R

Figure (2)

When installing all the data and reducing the distance (d) between the fulcrum point (R) and the stick end of the side of the mass (W) will be decreased the necessary force (F) to move the mass (W), and thus, if the distance (d) is equal to zero, the force (F) needed to move the mass (W) is also equal to zero as shown in the relation below.

F > (W*0)/D

F≥0 4) Detailed explanation of method of works of Shayyish Engine

Firstly/ Shayyish Engine consists of a number of axes and levers, as shown in figure (3):-

1. Initial rotation axis (X) through which a certain initial movement is given in terms of speed and torque, as will be shown later in figure (3).

2. Installation (A) connects the Initial rotation axis to the main rotation axis (Y), where the axes are perpendicular, and also transport the initial movement to the main rotation axis (Y), as will be shown later in figure (3).

3. The main rotation axis (Y) which transports the movement of toothed levers that connected to it from the toothed lever (R) to the toothed lever (r), as will be shown later in figure (3).

4. Toothed and fixed (not moving) lever (R). It is the biggest toothed lever in the box (Shayyish Engine), as will be shown later in figure (3).

5. Four toothed levers (Rf 1, 2, 3, 4) that have the same radius, connected with the main rotation axis, two of them are sliding to maintain the balance, and two of them are fixed to the main rotation axis which rotate with it in the same direction, and which have same function of the stick that stated in the brief explanation, as will be shown later in figure (3).

6. Toothed levers (r) that has high torque and high rotation speed, as will be shown later in figure (3).

7. Final rotation axis (O) to transport the movement from the toothed lever(r) to the required body, as will be shown later in figure (3).

8. Four normal toothed levers with rotation axis to transport the movement from the final rotation axis to the initial rotation axis, with the attention to reduce the speed when transporting it between the axes. Otherwise, the engine will be acceleration indefinitely in the case that the metal from which the engine is made bears that, as will be shown later in figure (3).

9. A box or can in which the above parts are assembled, including other accessories such as circular sliders and rivets, etc. Secondly/ the basis of functioning Shayyish Engine

is to reduce the force required to move or rotate a body as little as possible, through reducing the distance in the other end of the required force after the fulcrum point, and as previously explained in the brief explanation of the function of Shayyish Engine where that method was included in Shayyish Engine by two important things:-

• The fulcrum point (R) in the brief explanation is manufactured in the form of toothed fixed (not moving) lever. And it is the biggest toothed lever in Shayyish Engine, as will be shown later in figure (3).

• The main rotation axis (Y) rotates in two perpendicular directions, the first direction (rotates around itself with the four toothed levers, two of them are fixed to the axis and the others are sliding), and second direction (with the rotation direction of the initial rotation axis), as will be shown later in figure No. (3).

Thirdly/ Symmetry of rotation shaft (movement stick)

By looking to figure (4) and the symmetry of rotation shaft (movement stick) to be one shaft, the distance (d) in the rotation shaft from the fulcrum point ((R) (fulcrum lever)) to the required body to be rotated ((r) (the required toothed lever to be rotated)), equal to zero, and that due to the symmetry of the level of toothed levers (R) and (r), which results using the least force to rotate the greatest force, and since the diameter of lever (R) is equal to the double of the toothed lever diameter (r), and equal diameters of toothed levers (Rfl, Rf2), that rotates with double speed of initial rotation speed and that because each round in the initial rotation axis generate twice the rotation speed in lever (Rfl), and that because the diameter of lever (R) is twice the diameter of lever (Rfl), and thus, the final speed is double the initial speed, from all mentioned above the notion of Shayyish Engine is clear.

Important note/ in case of using the diameter of lever (Rf2) larger or smaller than the diameter of lever (Rfl), Shayyish Engine will generate power and speed that are greater than the initial power and speed, but less efficient than if the same diameters of the levers are used (Rfl, Rf2), as it is shown in the side section of the figure (3). Fourthly/ Method of Using Shayyish Engine

The method of using Shayyish Engine differs depending on the requirements and purposes for which it is used and according the need, amount of ability and the resulting speed, as follows: -

1. Shayyish Engine one, which is continuous movement and constant speed, can be used when the required is an electricity generator or any other movement it have continuous movement and constant speed, and according to the amount of power needed, and as shown in figure (5).

2. If the required speed is changing: -

• First Shayyish Engine that gives constant speed and continuous movement, connect to it a gearbox (variable speed) and then connects Second Shayyish Engine, as shown in figure (6).

• We can be used a small electric motor that its speed can be changed with Shayyish Engine, as shown in figure (7).

• If the required to use is a very small electric motor to rotate a large body that is variable speed and at the same time the small electric motor is unable to rotate Shayyish Engine because of the large torque of inertia of the Shayyish Engine, then we can use several Shayyish Engines which are connected to each other respectively, as shown in the figure (8).
