Title:
SHEAR REINFORCING BAR HOLDING DEVICE IN REINFORCING BAR ASSEMBLY DEVICE
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2024/089831
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
[Problem] To provide a shear reinforcing bar holding device used in a reinforcing bar assembly device with which the assembly of reinforcing bars in columns and beams can be automated. [Solution] When any side of two pairs of opposing sides of a shear reinforcing bar formed in a generally rectangular shape as a whole is set as a bottom side and two opposing sides that are continuous with the bottom side are stood upright as standing sides, the shear reinforcing bar holding device is provided with a first holder that simultaneously holds the bottom side and one of the standing sides, and a second holder that simultaneously holds the bottom side and the other of the standing sides. A plurality of first holders are installed at predetermined intervals in the axial direction of a main reinforcing bar to form a first holder group, and a plurality of second holders are installed at predetermined intervals in the axial direction of the main reinforcing bar to form a second holder group. The first and second holders are each provided with a bottom side engagement part into which the bottom side of the shear reinforcing bar can engage, a standing side engagement part into which either one of the standing sides can engage, and a connecting part that connects both engaging parts while bypassing a bent part formed at the boundary between the bottom side and the upright side engaged with both engaging parts.
