Abstract:
An isolation pool (200) for use with a sheath flow rear pool cleaning device, comprising: a container (201), an inner cavity (209), a fluid inlet (202) and a fluid outlet (204), a device (206) that is used to control fluid speed being arranged close to the fluid inlet of the isolation pool, and the device that is used to control fluid speed projecting from an inner wall of the container or being mounted on the inner wall of the container and being at least partially opposite to the fluid inlet of the isolation pool; and a sheath flow impedance counting device (300) and a blood cell analyzer (also called a flow cytometry analyzer) comprising the sheath flow impedance counting device. The device controlling fluid speed that is arranged at the position of the fluid inlet of the isolation pool or close to the position of the fluid inlet of the isolation pool causes the speed of an added fluid that is in contact with the inner wall of the isolation pool or a bottom portion liquid surface of the isolation pool to be slower than the speed of the fluid flowing out of the fluid inlet, thereby reducing the impact of the fluid on the inner wall of the isolation pool or the bottom portion liquid surface of the pool, decreasing the rate of bubble production, reducing the interference of bubbles on a counter, and improving the detection accuracy of an instrument.
