Abstract:
Provided in the present disclosure is a sheet having a surface layer, wherein: one surface of the surface layer has a surface shape having a wrinkled structure; the RSm (average length of curved line elements) of the surface shape, which is a parameter in the lateral direction of a profile curved line as stipulated in JIS B0601:2013, is not more than 50 μm; and the surface layer contains a polymer having a first repeating unit that includes a ring structure and a second repeating unit that includes a polyoxyalkylene group.
