Abstract:
A sheet-fed flexo printing machine comprises a first printing unit and a second printing unit for respectively printing on two surfaces of a material to be printed. The first printing unit comprises a first stamping roller (1), a first printing sheet transfer roller I (2), and a first printing sheet transfer roller II (3); the second printing unit comprises a second stamping roller (4), a second printing sheet transfer roller I (5), and a second printing sheet transfer roller II (6). The first printing sheet transfer roller I (2), the first printing sheet transfer roller II (3), the second printing sheet transfer roller I (5), and the second printing sheet transfer roller II (6) are configured as rollers with temperature control or quality inspection means. An even number of printing sheet transfer rollers are separately provided between and after the printing units corresponding to two surfaces of a material to be printed. On the one hand, printing on the two surfaces of the material to be printed is ensured by means of an even number of sheet transfer procedures, and on the other hand, by additionally endowing the printing sheet transfer rollers with a temperature control function and a borne material quality inspection function, the heat accumulation problem and the timeliness problem in quality control of a material to be printed are solved.
