Abstract:
A sheet-fed transfer surface treatment device, comprising a frame, a central impression cylinder (1), a paper feeding unit (2), a coating unit (3), a transfer forming unit (4), and a paper outlet unit (5). The paper feeding unit, the coating unit, the transfer forming unit and the paper outlet unit are arranged around the central impression cylinder and operate in conjunction with the central impression cylinder sequentially. The coating unit comprises an ultraviolet curing coating ink tank (6), an anilox roller (7) and a plate roller (8) which cooperate with each other. The transfer forming unit comprises a transfer film (9), an unwinding mechanism (10), a pressure roller (11), a stripping roller (12), a winding mechanism (13) and an ultraviolet irradiation apparatus (14) which cooperate with each other. Gripper recesses (15) are formed in the central impression cylinder, gripper mechanisms (16) are provided in the gripper recesses, and pressure roller support plates (18) flush with the cylinder surface of the central impression cylinder are provided on the gripper recesses. A cylinder surface cooling structure (19) is further provided on the central impression cylinder.
