Abstract:
A sheet for forming a series of twisted surfaces and a method for producing such a sheet, wherein a large number of curved surfaces are formed such that when sewing threads are pulled so that the sheet material in said region is opened at an incision, said curved surfaces are raised, and inclined in the longitudinal direction of the sewing threads by providing a line or a plurality of lines of wavy seams or network seams by means of the sewing threads and forming the incision in every region of the sheet surrounded by the seams, and provides a member which can be favorably used as a water contacting material in biological water treatment, a material for protecting a slope in civil engineering works, etc.
