Abstract:

Disclosed is a sheet heating device wherein heat change is unlikely have an impact in-between an ascending furnace, a top roll chamber and a descending furnace, even if the pressure in the ascending furnace or similar increases. The disclosed sheet heating device is provided with an ascending furnace (10) and a descending furnace (30), is formed so as to connect the ascending furnace (10) and the descending furnace (30), and conveys and heats a long-length item (1) to be heated from the ascending furnace (10) to the descending furnace (30). An atmosphere release unit (160) for release to the atmosphere is provided between the ascending furnace (10) and the descending furnace (30)
