Abstract:
Provided are a sheet for impregnation with a cosmetic preparation, the sheet having all of moderate adhesive properties, the property of preventing a given cosmetic preparation from transpiring, satisfactory pliability, and satisfactory shape conformability, and a process for efficiently producing the sheet.
The sheet for impregnation with a cosmetic preparation is obtained by laminating a fibrous layer comprising a fibrous material to be impregnated with a cosmetic preparation to a hydrophobic film that prevents the cosmetic preparation from transpiring, wherein thermocompression-bonded parts for partly uniting the fibrous layer to the hydrophobic film have been disposed, and the hydrophobic film has openings formed in the thermocompression-bonded parts so as to pass through the film toward the fibrous layer.
