Abstract:
An effective recycling method for fiber-formed layer units in which parts of separated and recovered fiber aggregate layers and backing layers are formed integrally with each other and a method of manufacturing a recycled matter. In the method for effectively recycling the fiber-formed layer units, before the recovered used tile carpets are crushed, a pressing shearing force is given to the outer surface of the backing layers to peel off at least parts of the backing layers so as to separate the fiber-formed layer units having the backing layers and the fiber aggregate layers from the tile carpets. Then, the tile carpets or the fiber-formed layer units are aggregated and joined together by using heat or an adhesive agent to form in a tile-like block sheet material or a long sheet material so that various industrial materials can be formed.
