Abstract:
Provided is a sheet pipe forming device by which a sheet pipe can be manufactured with improved accuracy and which is configured so that the amount of excavation of the ground is reduced.
A sheet pipe forming device is provided with a sheet winding section, an introduction section, a first guide section, and a second guide section, which are serially installed on a base. The sheet winding section supplies a sheet for a sheet pipe to the introduction section. The introduction section has formed therethrough a cylindrical introduction hole through which the sheet for a sheet pipe can pass. The first guide section is provided with rollers coming into pressure contact with the sheet for a sheet pipe from multiple directions to form the sheet for a sheet pipe into a cylindrical sheet pipe and discharge the cylindrical sheet pipe. The second guide section is provided with rollers coming into pressure contact with the peripheral surface of the cylindrical sheet pipe. The introduction hole has a tongue section-side engagement groove and a slit section-side engagement groove, which are provided facing each other above the introduction hole.
