Abstract:
A sheet splicing and alignment system based on double CCD sensors. The sheet splicing and alignment system comprises a control module (1), an execution mechanism (2) and two linear-array CCD sensor modules (3). The execution mechanism (2) comprises a movable platform (21) for allowing a first sheet (100) to be placed thereon, and a driving unit (22) for driving the movable platform (21) to move in a Y direction perpendicular to an X direction; the two linear-array CCD sensor modules (3) are in communication connection with the control module (1), and the two linear-array CCD sensor modules (3) are arranged side-by-side in the X direction; and the control module (1) is in communication connection with the driving unit (22), and is used for controlling, according to signals collected by the two linear-array CCD sensor modules (3), the driving unit (22) to drive the movable platform (21) to move to a target position. A sheet splicing and alignment method based on double CCD sensors, which method is applied to the sheet splicing and alignment system based on double CCD sensors. In this way, target features, other than a feature regarding an edge line of a sheet, such as target features regarding printing lines, patterns, etc., can be effectively recognized, the application range is wider, and the precision of target feature alignment during a splicing process can be effectively improved.
