Abstract:
The present invention relates to a sheet-type auxiliary material stripping device and stripping method. The stripping device comprises a sheet-material raw-material bearing mechanism, a bottom film traction mechanism and a sheet-material bearing mechanism, wherein the sheet-material raw-material bearing mechanism comprises a raw-material bearing plate, a material guide through groove for positioning a sheet-material raw material is formed in an upper surface of the raw-material bearing plate, and a vacuum suction hole is formed at the tail end of the material guide through groove; the bottom film traction mechanism is arranged below the tail end of the raw-material bearing plate and comprises a driving pressing wheel assembly and a driven pressing wheel assembly, and a driven pressing wheel is driven by a driven pressing wheel air cylinder to adjust the distance between the driven pressing wheel and a driving pressing wheel; and the sheet-material bearing mechanism is arranged behind the raw-material bearing plate and the bottom film traction mechanism. By using the stripping device and method of the present invention, auxiliary materials are stripped without coming in contact with the device, such that the deformation of soft auxiliary materials and the detachment of a release film on the auxiliary materials caused by contact are avoided, thereby being suitable for sheet material stripping, and also being suitable for coil material stripping; and a modular design mode is used, such that the manufacturing cost is about 60% of the average price of existing feeders.
