Abstract:

The invention refers to a sheet (100; 200; 300; 600) for waterproofing walls and garrets of buildings, comprising: • - a framework layer (1) made of fibrous material; • - a waterproof membrane (2). The framework layer and the membrane are connected together along their entire surface. The sheet also comprises an additive having antibacterial, anti-mould and anti-insect properties, which is present in at least one from the framework layer (1) and the membrane (2). The sheet is characterised in that said additive is a mixture comprising: quaternary ammonium, isothiazolone derivatives and permethrin.
