A leather−like sheet having a fibrous base material and a resin incorporated therein and being dyed with a disperse dye, characterized in that it satisfies the following requirements: (I) that the resin is composed of a continuous phase and a dispersed phase wherein the continuous phase comprises a component having a glass transition temperature of 20&ring C or lower, and the dispersed phase has a monolayer structure comprising a component having a glass transition temperature of 60&ring C or higher, or a multilayer structure having at least one layer comprising a component having a glass transition temperature of 60&ring C or higher, and (II) that the outermost layer of the above layers comprising a component having a glass transition temperature of 60&ring C or higher has a diameter of 150 nm or more.
