Abstract:
A sheet comprising an insulating material and a plurality of plates of electrically conductive material that have a substantially C-shape when viewed from above in a thickness direction of the sheet, wherein each plate of the electrically conductive material is disposed such that the circumferential direction of the substantially C-shape is substantially parallel to the plane direction of the sheet, at least some of the plurality of plates of electrically conductive material forming an electrically conductive material stack in which a plurality of the plates are disposed so as not to contact each other in the thickness direction of the sheet.
