Abstract:
The present invention relates to a sherbet ice manufacturing apparatus capable of preventing and resolving scraper fixation, using refrigerator load reduction by means of load sensing, the apparatus comprising: an external cylindrical copper pipe (11); a cylindrical titanium pipe (15) arranged in the interior of the copper pipe (11) to be spaced apart from the copper pipe (11); an aluminum support having a base part (12) arranged between the copper pipe (11) and the titanium pipe (15), and a plurality of partitions (13) internally protruding in the radial direction from the base part (12); a seawater inflow space (17) formed to be spaced apart from one end of the copper pipe (11) and in communication with a seawater inlet (11-1); a seawater sherbet ice outflow space (18) formed to be spaced apart from the other end of the copper pipe (11) and in communication with a seawater sherbet ice outlet (11-2); a motor (20) which has a rotation shaft (21), is located on the exterior of the one end of the copper pipe (11), and has the rotation shaft (21) inserted into the seawater inflow space (17); a scraper (16) connected to the rotation shaft (21) of the motor (20) and having screw threads (16-1) vertically protruding from the circumferential surface of a main body part (16-2) so as to push seawater sherbet ice towards the seawater sherbet ice outflow space (18) and the seawater sherbet ice outlet (11-2) by means of rotation according to the rotation of the motor (20); a compartment (14) which is a refrigerant flow channel between the scraper and the titanium pipe; a refrigerant supply system comprising a hot gas vibration bypass valve (VP1) provided on a bypass line (L6) connecting a line (L2) and a line (L5), and a compressor (30), a double-pipe condenser (40), a liquid receiver (50), and an expansion valve (60), which are connected via lines (L1, L3, L4, and L5) and are arranged in order from the outflow side to the inflow side of the refrigerant flow channel so as to be spaced apart from each other; a load measurement apparatus for measuring the load of the motor (20); and a controller (90) connected in a wired or wireless manner to the hot gas vibration bypass valve (VP1), for controlling the opening and closing of the hot gas vibration bypass valve (VP1).
