Abstract:
Disclosed is a shield member that is lighter but still maintains the electromagnetic shield effect and can be bent in any direction. Also disclosed are a wire harness that includes this shield member and a production method. A high-voltage line (25) and the shield member (27) are prepared in a first step. In a second step, the sheet member (27) is wound around the high-voltage line (25) so as to appear rolled up, thereby forming a cylindrical section (29) and an overlapping section (30). In a third step, a base end section (36) of the overlapping section (30) is bent, the overlapping section (30) is pushed over in one direction, and the pushed down overlapping section (30) is made to lie along the cylindrical section (29). In a fourth step, a holding member (28) is provided at a suitable position to hold the overlapping section (30) which is lying along the cylindrical section (29).
