Abstract:
Disclosed is a shield support device fully enclosing a soil-like coal working face comprising a plurality of shield support systems arranged in parallel. The shield support system comprises a hydraulic support (1) and a carbon fiber mesh (2). The hydraulic support (1) comprises an upper beam (11), a coalface guard (12), a retractable beam (13), a shield beam (14), four vertical posts (15), a front connecting rod (16), a rear connecting rod (17), a base (18), and a pusher jack (19). Lower ends of the four vertical posts (15) are hinged to the base (18). A rear portion of the upper beam (11) and the shield beam (14) are mutually hinged. The shield beam (14), the front connecting rod (16), the rear connecting rod (17) and the base (18) are mutually hinged to constitute a four-way connection mechanism. The upper beam (11) is an integral structure. The upper beam (11) is hingedly connected to the retractable beam (13) by means of two retractable beam jacks (131) provided in a front end thereof. The retractable beam has a maximum extensionof 800 mm. The retractable beam jacks (131) have a travel greater than a coal cutting interval. The coalface guard (12) is hinged to a front end of the retractable beam (13). The carbon fiber mesh (2) is laid over the hydraulic support (1). A rear portion of the shield beam (14) is also covered by the carbon fiber mesh (2). The device of the present invention solves a problem in which spalling and roof falls easily occur on a soil-like coal working face, impacting worker safety.
