Abstract:
The present invention is a shielded wire P for which terminal processing can be performed easily. This shielded wire comprises: eight insulated core wires 1 that are twisted together; an inclusion 2 between the insulated core wires; a restraining tape 3 spirally wrapped around the outer periphery of a core comprising the insulated core wires and the inclusion; a drain wire 4 provided to the outer surface of the restraining tape; a conductive fiber braided body 5 formed at the outer peripheral surface of the restraining tape with the drain wire therebetween; a sheath 6 forming the outer peripheral surface of the braided body; and an adhesive layer 7 between the braided body and the sheath. During terminal processing of the wire, a notch t is made across the entire outer periphery of the sheath by means of scissors or the like, and when the terminal sheath 6' is peeled off via the notch t, the braided body 5' is integrated with the sheath 6' by being adhered by means of the adhesive layer, and so is peeled off together with the sheath. As a result, the task of eliminating the braided body after peeling off the sheath becomes unnecessary and so the terminal processing is efficient.
